Bangtan and the Nirvana Connect
Hoi! This isn’t a theory or anything, its just me as a Nirvana Lover and ARMY who gets triggered by some things that keep happening and I’m simply out to hype about the Instances I’ve seen Nirvana in BTS’ surroundings. The trigger for this post is today’s tweet by Taehyung.
Also before I started making this post I ran a Youtube search to confirm the facts or Instances I’m stating and I came across a video which had perfectly explained my assumptions.

Thanks a lot to the person who made that video I’m very happy and grateful to know that I’m not the only one, I’m not the only one (cheers to you if you got that reference ^^)
1. First up Namjoon’s shirt in HYYH On Stage : Prologue where I presume things probably started. He’s sporting a Nirvana Logo.

2. Next up is the INTRO to HYYH Part 2 - Nevermind which also happens to be the name of Nirvana’s second studio album Nevermind.
3. Going Chronologically, In the Run M/V, when Taehyung falls into the water, if you look you can see the Nirvana Logo on his shirt too.
I’m going to leave the explanation of the similarity of HYYH to Nirvana’s Kurt Cobain to that video I have linked because personally I don’t think I can make this post that long but I bet you gonna be amazed.
4. Now coming to the Japanese Run M/V which probably has the maximum amount of Nirvana references, firstly if you look at the wall behind Taehyung, you’ll see Nevermind and In Bloom written, both of which are songs from Nirvana’s album Nevermind
Continuing with the same M/V the wall behind Seokjin has the same songs mentioned.
Now if you look at the booth Namjoon is in and also at the wall behind the group when the choreography kicks in, notice the word Memoria. Memoria is a word repeated very often in Nirvana’s song Come As You Are from their album Nevermind.
At almost the end of the M/V if you look at the extreme left of the screen you’ll find the words “Teen Spirit” written there which is from Nirvana’s very popular song Smells Like Teen Spirit, also, from the same album, Nevermind.
5. Namjoon had posted a picture of himself on twitter sitting in their practice room wearing a cap with the Nirvana Logo.
6. During the concept shoot for the Left version of You Never Walk Alone, Jungkook was wearing an In Utero Tee. In Utero is Nirvana’s third studio album.
7. And finally today Taehyung posted a picture of the Nirvana logo along with some more amazing pictures on twitter. His photography skills are amazing really ^^

That’s about it this was just me hyping about BTS taking an interest (????) in Nirvana or probably some future Bighit Conspiracy (read :storyline for new concept)
