just gonna find a good place to bury myself alive
yk when I said "2026 is the new 2006" I was not expecting mcr to start making out with men on stage again
I'm... so confused?
What was the purpose of the scene about queer signals, if Will was never going to receive queer signals? Why was the question concerned with the obviousness of signals, and not the mere presence of them? Why use the term "shared looks" when that was a known call and response on set for Noah and Finn?
What was the meaning of the snowball and avalanche metaphor? Why include that scene at all? Where was the payoff?
You're going to write an entire meta scene on queer signals of attraction, include examples that we have already observed, indicate an eventual pay off... and not let it pay off? Why? To be malicious?
You tell the audience through Will that Mike was just his Tammy this entire time and expect us to believe it? Was Tammy in Robin's video tape? Did Robin know Tammy since she was five? Did Tammy run after her in the rain or recognize her breathing over the radio?
And Will Byers never got kissed. Will Byers witnessed queer love, queer joy, and queer intimacy through a kiss at the beginning of the season, wanting that for himself because he's a romantic... and never even got kissed. Not even by his epilogue boyfriend.
Interview with the Vampire ❤️
This scene has been living rent free in my head 🧍🏻
Calling it now, next episode we'll have a scene of Mike sitting down talking to Will about his new powers (considering Mike is THE person who locked eyes with him upon the revelation + he's the one who TOLD Will he might have powers, this convo HAS to happen) & Mike gets all googly eyed blabbering about how cool it is that Will can do that and Will jokingly says "Oh so I wasn't cool before?" in that newly acquired cheeky & flirty confidence he exhibited when he shoved Mike's chest in ep 4, and Mike gets all panicked and flustered and says "No! I mean, of course you were!" and starts going on a ramble about everything that has ALWAYS been cool and amazing about Will, only to suddenly realize Will is smiling at him trying not to laugh & Mike realizes "oh. You were joking." and Will laughs and Mike realizes fuck. Fuck fuck
“You make her feel like she’s not a mistake”
“Like she’s better for being different”
“And that’s what gives her the courage to fight on”
What accepting yourself for being gay does to a mf
me walking to the bathroom at 3am in a massively oversized shirt, using gay fanfic on my phone to light the way
I need feminism because when i get angry they always ask "Are you on your period?" and not "Do you have a ghost bullet in your leg thats affecting your mind from that one time you went on a ghost hunting mission abroad?"

"I asked ChatGPT--"
Yeah well, I asked the wasps nest in my attic. It sang its answer so beautifully to me, but I am so very afraid of it. Perhaps it will soothe my itching soul...
Happy Conclave day
Gender is not real at the Ministry but horror movie monster archetypes definitely are.
a thing that i particularly love about the hunger games prequels is how it shows that people have been fighting against the games since their inception
when i was younger and read the original trilogy for the first time i was so bothered how it was 74 years of games, i remember thinking how could it have gone on so long without anyone doing anything
these prequels highlight that people have been fighting from the get-go: lucy gray's defiance, reaper ripping down panem's flags to cover the fallen tributes, haymitch's games and how many others shared his ideologies - the capitol just drowns them out, they rewrite their stories so their efforts are forgotten
liberation takes time and it's built upon the actions of those in the past
I love you like all-fire
