Say you break your ankle. You could know everything there is to know intellectually about the injury. Even with this vast knowledge, you will still experience physical pain.

Now take this logic and apply it to things like ADHD, autism, clinical depression, and other less visible/divergent disabilities. You cannot think your way out of feeling.

That is to say: you are not a bad, lazy, or selfish person for struggling, even if you know why you are struggling.

EXTREMELY URGENT VET VISIT FOR BABY GIRL🐈

As many of you know, my cat Baby Girl has struggled with her weight since I got her from the shelter 4 years ago. Despite being on a proper diet, she continues to gain weight. I had a cat before Baby Girl that had this issue and it turned out to be her thyroid, which needed consistent medication. Thanks to your earlier donations, I was able to take her for bloodwork and an X-ray with sedation. The X-ray was clear of any blockages or tumors. The bloodwork suggested that she does have a thyroid issue.

The medication Baby Girl needs is $50 every two weeks. In addition, I need to take her back to the vet because her butt is extremely red and she may need her anal glands expressed + antibiotics. They said they cannot give me an exact quote of what she needs until they see her.

Hi, these bees are babies! They’re not clumsy at all, this is what is called orientation flights. After birth and before beginning their careers as foragers (as all Honey bees cycle through all the jobs in the Hive throughout their lifespan), Honey bees take short flights back and forth, to and from the Hive, to orient themselves with their wings and their home so they can learn its location and how to get back home after foraging! Everyone has to learn, these are just smol little baby turkeys. Bees use the angle of the sun for location so adults have a better and more direct sense of location than any human

I do appreciate how quickly and radically Doctor Who established that the future is coming, and the future is gay.

In Jack's first episode he flirts with a guy and Rose gives the doctor a look, doc replies "what? He's a 51st century guy!".

The future is gay, not just gay but so accepting of queerness that it's odd to even question it.

It's odd to even question weither queerness will be gradually accepted until it's considered normalcy. Of course it will be.
