New CFA - a short Academy Guide
The Beginnings and Present Time
Christian Feminization Academy (CFA) began as a “finishing school” for young girls in the early 1970’s. Not long after, the founders of the originally Girls' Academy noticed that it would be most valuable to enroll sinful young boys as well, in order to teach them discipline and respect. At present times the enrollment is about 90% boys that are consequently disciplined and feminized.
Our Mission
A pretty lady in a blue blouse, white skirt, pantyhose and high heels welcomes new students and visitors of the FCA at the door. Her name badge read “Heather Simpson, General Manager”.
“Welcome to Christian Feminization Camp. This will be your home for the next ten weeks. Oh yes, it does last the entire ten weeks. Sometimes if a student shows exceptional progress, they may be released after nine weeks.”
"Here at CFA our mission is to seek to rid our boys of their sins. Their worst sin is their past homosexual practices, but other typical sins include masturbation, drunkeness, incest, and prostitution. Most of the boys that come in have been involved in homosexual sex with other boys or family members, which is not allowed."
Regarding homosexuality, we have found that we cannot purge them of their attraction for males. So our approach is to turn that attraction into a heterosexual attraction, by turning our students into girls. That will make them heterosexual, and proper Christian ladies, ready for a normal relationship with a future husband. We also castrate them and place their now-impotent little penis into a chastity device to prevent any attempts at masturbation.
Regarding the other sins, we apply severe discipline to punish their sins and prevent the reoccurrence.
The first stop for new students after entering FCA door is always the incinerator room. All their boyish clothing are removed and placed in the incinerator. Students are given robes to wear until new clothing is selected for them.
Incinerator Room
Madam Veronica, the Intake Officer at CFA explains:
You have to understand that most of our students do not want to be here at all. These are young men brought here against their will. As soon as a student is brought in the door, he is told to immediately remove his male clothing and drop it in the incinerator chute. We give him a matched lacy pink bra/panty set to wear. That is all, until he is processed.
If he resists, I put him in solitary confinement. Those are individual dark basement cells. It is very cold when all you are wearing are bra and panties. If he complains of the cold, he is given a pair of pantyhose as well. Sometimes it takes up to two weeks to break his spirit and make him accepting of our treatment.
Then the student is brought upstairs. We now refer to the student as “she”. She is now ready to begin forced feminization training.
Three Steps to Feminity
In CFA we process our students through the “Three C’s”.
Circumcision. Most American boys have already had this as infants, but there a few who still need it. I enjoy observing as the doctor removes the unnecessary foreskin part of their penis, the beginning of their emasculation.
Castration. This completely removes the testicles. Removal of the testicles eliminates the production of testosterone, and makes the student more feminine, docile, and compliant. She will no longer be able to achieve an erection, produce semen, or experience an orgasm. The doctor will generally leave the empty scrotum in place, tucking in the center, to make it resemble labia.
3. Chastity. We fit her with a metal chastity device which locks onto the penis. This will remains in place at all times, even after graduation or marriage. It prevents any attempts at masturbation. The key is kept in the CFA office safe.
We then place her on her maintenance plan. This consists of 1200mg of Ibuprofen daily to eliminate any remaining testosterone in her system and produce permanent erectile dysfunction. She will receive genital electrotherapy weekly. Electrodes are attached to the chastity cage and her labia, as we provide shocks to reduce tissue mass and atrophy the penis.
She may complain a lot and resist, but she just has to learn to deal with it.
Discipline
Intensive education and strict discipline is provided daily at CFA. At first all students learn the difference between DISCIPLINE and PUNISHMENT.
Madam Rebecca is to explain above difference on the ground of Bible.
“DISCIPLINE is when the rod is applied regularly as part of your development. It has nothing to do with your actions. You will have the rod applied every night before bed. This will teach you the proper respect.
“PUNISHMENT, however, is different. Punishment is a consequence of bad behavior. If you are good all the time, you will not receive punishment. But any bad behavior or poor grades will earn you additional applications of the rod."
Madam Rebecca is quite new member of CFA. Prior to joining Academy she went through our Mandatory Feminization Program, she was known before as Robert.
The Head of Discipline at Christian Feminization is Madam Iris .
Students come to her detention room with instructions for Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3 discipline. In the photo we see Madam Iris as she puts on her leather gloves before beginning.
Level 1 is a simple spanking. The student will lie across her lap and hold her skirt up as she delivers a spanking. She usually gives 50. She begins with her hand on the student’s panties, then changes to a wooden paddle on the bare bottom at 25.
Level 2 is a caning. Madam Iris will have the student remove their skirt and slip, and then be secured to the caning frame. Madam Iris will lower the student’s panties, rub baby oil into her bottom, and then deliver 50 strokes with her cane.
Level 3 is the most serious. It consists of Level 1 (50 spanks) plus Level 2 (50 strokes of the cane), followed by 50 lashes with the whip. Madam Iris loves her job.
Miss Veronica is disciplinarian at Christian Feminization Academy.
Most students will be sent to her several times during their period of feminization as they are transitioned from wayward boys into feminine young Christian ladies. Note her supply of canes at the ready, as they do break frequently when in use. Miss Veronica will consume several dozen per week.
Today Miss Veronica wears a modest long sleeve blouse, buttoned up tightly to her neck, further covered by a white scarf. Her pleated skirt allows her full freedom of movement as she applies her cane to the bottom of any ladies requiring discipline. Her skirt is secured with a wide black waist-cinching belt, which also provides support to the small of her back as she delivers strokes with the cane, sometimes up to 100 in a session. She wears black pantyhose with 6” open-toe platform heels. She prefers the highest heels to give her the added dominance effect.
On her desk we see some other essential items: her phone for which an administrator will call when a student is being sent down to her, several leather belts, a quirt, and a hairbrush; all suitable for discipline. The Stinging Nettle plant on the desk supplies irritating leaves which she will place inside a student’s bra and panty. She also has a large armoire in the her office, seen at back. Sometimes she will sentence students to remain tied inside the armoire with nettle leaves inserted for overnight penance. She locks them in and takes the key home with her overnight. Miss Veronica enjoys her job very much. She herself is a graduate of Christian Feminization Academy, having come to CFA as a young boy.
Madam Daniella is the Discipline Supervisor at Christian Feminization Academy.
Every student is required to sit at the desk in her office and confess all her sins by writing them in her personal journal. Journals are reviewed by Madam Daniella together with student.
There are three stages of discipline executed by Madam Daniella on students:
The first stage: the student kneels on Supervisor's couch and she pins her skirt and slip up so her bottom is available. She starts by applying the hairbrush to her pantyhose-covered bottom while she confesses her sins to me out loud. She continues with the hairbrush until the tears begin to flow. Madam loves to see the girls cry, it is an indication of their repentance. Now that she has confessed, Madam needs to purge her of her sinful thoughts.
The second stage: after an hour or so of the hairbrush, Supervisor will lower student's pantyhose and panties and begin the second stage of discipline, which is caning. This stage is much more severe. The president of CFA has offered to soundproof Supervisor's office, so others will not hear when the girls scream out. But we af CFA believe hearing the punishment serves as a deterrent. The girls are sobbing wrecks after an hour of caning, but is guaranted they are not thinking sinful thoughts.
The third stage: after being caned for an hour, the girls are unable to sit for several days. So while they are still kneeling, I take off their shoes and put on a pair of tight closed-toe pumps, having 6” heels. The ankle straps have a place for my little padlocks. I lock them on. Now they cannot sit, and standing is quite uncomfortable. This builds character. The shoes will remain locked in place for one week.
The discipline sessions are repeated until boy’s sinful will is broken and he is ready to become a fine young lady under the guidance of the staff of CFA.
Classes and Teachers
After Three 3 C's Process is finished the new girl is ready to begin feminization classes. We have different classrooms for each phase of feminization:

Miss Joanna is one of the teachers at CFA. She teaches the boys’ classes. She teaches them how to become girls.
She teaches them how to move and act in a feminine manner. And how to dress modestly. She teaches them to submit to the superior men, since they will eventually marry one. She teaches them how to satisfy their husbands sexually. She teaches them how to care for the babies they will have. And finally she teaches them to renounce their male identities forever. Which she did, when she was young, and went to Sunday School at the Kingdom Hall.
Hello, this is Miss Andrea (long time ago she used to be Andrew). She is a Sunday School teacher at the Kingdom Hall. She teaches the girls on how to be proper Christian wives. She teaches them the proper things to be done every day. Here is the list:
WIFE’S DAY:
Get dressed modestly
Make breakfast for family
Wash dishes
Make beds and pick up house
Bring kids to school
Grocery shopping
Make dinner for family
Wash dishes
Any other tasks husband assigns
Confess sins to husband
Go to special basement room, kneel, and await husband’s strict discipline
Satisfy husband sexually and get impregnated with his seed.
Madam Sharon is the Feminization Supervisor at Christian Feminization Academy.
The worst problem during the feminization process is to rid our students of their sins. And their worst sin is their past homosexual practices. Most of the boys that come in have been involved in homosexual sex, which is not allowed.

So our girls take feminization classes during the day. In the evening they are required to come into our theatre to view training films. These films focus on heterosexual sex and train our girls in techniques they will use to please their future husbands.
The films show the wife arousing her husband by providing oral sex, then the husband entering her and depositing his seed to produce children.
The films consist only of sex scenes. We show them close up, over and over, and slow them down sometimes so students will learn the proper techniques of providing sex to their future husbands, and pleasuring the important penis.
Sometimes Madam Sharon offers commentary during the films. She can speak with authority, as she too has a penis; although it is small and completely flattened under her pantyhose and body shaper.
It is important they learn to perform these techniques correctly so no time is wasted in on-the-job instruction after their marriage. They need to be totally prepared for their first days as Christian wives. Their new husbands will be expecting that of a CFA graduate.
Ladies' Dresscode
Despite their young age, students are expected to prefer for modest clothing. They are to wear the required below-the-knee dresses with pantyhose and heels.

Students often ask: “Why should girls and women wear only dresses or skirts?” We believe the answer is so simple and so obvious: "God distinguished male and female – created male and female. Men and women are masculine and feminine by divine design. We believe our choice of clothing demonstrates our agreement with Scripture – and that we should dress according to our beautiful design and should dress appropriately - or accordingly.
Feminization accomplished
After intense treatment and medication, former boys are to be completely transformed into petite girls, docile, slim, with pretty long hair.
Well that’s all, my dear! Your transformation is over. You’re not cocky, rude, self-confident young man. You’re a young lady, a modest, soft, weak. With God’s help we made you a real woman.
CFA Brides
CFA specializes also in turning wayward sinful young boys into beautiful, virtuous brides.
Each year CFA graduates over 20 young ladies, many of whom go immediately from graduation directly to their wedding ceremony, where at the altar they will meet for the first time their new strong and strict husband. All prospective husbands are carefully screened to ensure they have the ability to rule over and discipline their new bride thoroughly, so she will serve him faithfully and never turn back to her former sinful life.
