A post in which I blog about the awesome week that I’ve had ft. The Front Bottoms

I’m just going to start off by saying this: Life is weird.

This has hands down been one of the best weeks of my life. I am so blessed to have not only been able to see my favorite band 3 times in a span of one week but to have also met every member in the band.

I saw for them for fourth time this year at the last Radio 104.5 block party of the summer on September 13th and I saw Panic! At The Disco live for the first time after being a fan for ten years. I went with two of my best friends from college, my brother, and his friend. During the show I met up with a couple of people (the internet is real). It was such a great day filled with so many good vibes.

On September 18th I saw them play a small acoustic set at Vintage Vinyl in Fords for the release of their new album. I got to met Tom and Ciaran for the first time and talk to Mat and Brian again (this time I actually remembered to get pictures with all of them). I also met some cool people too.

Okay September 19th is the big one. So I volunteered to do promotion for the band by hanging up posters and handing out fans before the Shadow of the City festival started. I was in front of The Stony Pony trying to get in contact with the lady who was in charge of production when who do you know shows up with their camera crew...The Front Bottoms. Anyway long story short. I ran into them in front of The Stony Pony and at Asbury Lanes. It was just a matter of being at the right place at the right time. I wasn’t even suppose to be at the lanes because it was some exclusive meet and greet event but somehow I ended up there.

I had a ton of fun at the festival (thank you Jack Antonoff)!!! Actually Jack was literally 2 feet in front of me before the festival opened its doors to the public but I was too shy to say hi. Maybe next year. Afterwards, I went to an after party at Asbury Lanes and then ran into Brian Uychich while waiting in line to go to the bathroom which was so random. I literally cannot make this stuff up.

Like I said life is weird.
