Ever since Coral had been a little girl, she had always been a reserved kid. She wasn't as privileged as others. Her parents didn't have much money, they earned enough to pay the bills and put food on the dinner table, but they couldn't shower Coral with gifts the way other parents could. Instead of getting toys to play with as a kid, her parents would give her books to read. The girl didn't have a usual childhood. She had wished for freedom from the start but would never dare to rebel against her parents.

During the school year, Coral was that strange girl in the back corner of the class room without anyone sitting with her by choice. She was the loner and that’s the way she liked it, for the most part anyway. She liked to watch her surroundings, observing others to see what life would have been like with everything handed to you. The rest of the kids looked at her and took her for only what they saw, an outsider. Coral was okay with it though because that’s what she was, they didn’t try to invade her space and she gave them theirs. But things started to look down when they had decided to pick on her for being different, the girl was bothered by them and frustrated which caused a rainstorm to roll in out of nowhere. The angrier Coral got, the louder the thunder shook in the air.

It wasn't until she had been learning about Meyers Rebellion in class that she started speaking up more. The topic fascinated her, she often asked questions and read books and articles out of class on it. She was a firm believer that Xavier had been doing this for the greater good.

Summer was the first born daughter in her family, and ever since the girl was born, she showed no sign of having any powers. Her parents were quite disappointed with finding this out, since they themselves had great powers that came in good use for the loyalist. They didn't have to be disappointed for long though, a year later Autumn was born and they turned their attention to the new baby. At first it appeared as though they both would remain powerless. Their parents were devastated.

Autumn and Summer had some what of a close relationship, that is, until Autumn turned ten. That had been the year in which she started showing signs of her powers. All of a sudden, Autumn was the star of the family. It didn't take long for Summer to be labeled the outcast, her younger sister seemed to have all the power that she lacked.

Summer envied the attention Autumn was getting, the girls grew distant of each other. But it wasn't a surprise that the distance was due to Summer's jealousy of her younger sister. As years passed, the girl had gotten tired of the daily ritual, the only reason she had stayed a loyalist was for the sake of her parents. If she traded sides, she imagined it would be even worse. Rebels were supposed to be powerful, and Summer was convinced she was anything but.

Cain was born into a loyalist household. His parents were well respected scientists that worked for Xavier. When he was born, it didn't seem that he had any powers at all. They performed many tests on the young boy, checking for powers, even starting him early on transfusions to hopefully give him powers. At first, Cain didn't mind this, he thought that his parents had been doing this for the greater good. But there came a point where Cain had grown physically and mentally exhausted.

It wasn't until he turned fourteen years old when they finally discovered Cain's powers. He was so fed up with the tests and the constant poking and prodding, that he lost his temper, accidentally turning the room into ice. No one would ever be able to say whether the transfusions had been successful or if he had been born with his gift, but he was glad when they had discovered his powers. It meant that the awful tests could finally stop. 

As time passed, life went well for Cain, he no longer had anything to really worry about. Cain lived his life normally, always following Xavier's orders and sticking to the law. It wasn't until he met Sage, she shifted his whole view. The girl had shared her story with him and he almost couldn't believe what she had been through. That night he tossed and turned, trying to figure out what he was really a part of. In the end, Cain decided that he no longer wished to be a part of what his parents were, he couldn't sit around and let these things continue to happen.

Orders:

Cain is supposed to be the eyes and ears for the rebels, since his parent's work closely with Xavier. His family has yet to find out he is a rebel.

Sage- The reason he converted into a rebel, he has a small crush on her but knows she is still damaged from what had happened to her.

Leo grew up in what seemed to be a loyalist family, yet it was all just a facade they put up. His father, Lincoln, worked closely with Xavier, he was his body guard along with a family friend named Quill. All went pretty well in Leo's life, you could say he grew up blessed since his family was in Xavier's favor, whether they deserved to be or not. Leo grew up with Quill's son, Wren, and the two were an inseparable duo, never worrying about the world around them. 

Since he opened his eyes, it was clear Leo had a gift. The boy was able to make anyone who got to close or who he focused on, go numb. Not only were they numb, without the ability to feel, Leo left them without the ability to see, hear, smell, or taste. Essentially, Leo could make a person lose all of their senses. This became useful to his father whenever Xavier had to execute someone that had acted against the Loyalists. Xavier was excited by his power and urged him to come to public executions, he could use his ability to make the prisoners feel nothing as they lost their lives. Somehow Xavier believed that this was merciful, bringing in a child to numb the pain. He planned on keeping Leo close to him.

Leo's world turned upside down when Lincoln attempted to murder Xavier. Unfortunately, he did not succeed. After the attempted assassination, Xavier immediately executed Lincoln and as punishment, he made Leo watch while he had been helplessly tied up. He could do nothing but watch, he couldn't even use his power to numb his pain. Once his father died, Xavier made sure to keep a close eye on Leo and his mom, but he didn't stop there. Xavier knew of the close relationship between Lincoln's family and Quill's, so he had Wren watched as well. Leo hates Xavier with a burning passion and what happened to his father and he is watched wherever he goes. He's determined to help the rebels in any way he can.

Astrid grew up in a rebel household, her parents always lived in danger of being hunted by Xavier's loyalists. Due to this, the family always moved around often, not staying in one place for more than half a year. This hadn't been the life Astrid wanted, she wished to live in peace and safety, instead of having the most powerful man hate them. The girl hated her parents for dragging her along, they often scolded her for thinking such things, so the girl just kept to herself and didn't tell her parents what she truly thought.

Once she turned eighteen and felt that she could speak up against her parents, she told her true opinion about them and the rebels. After speaking her mind, she parted ways with her family and made it well known to others that she was a loyalist. Although she didn't necessarily agree to everything Xavier said she went along with it.

After leaving her parents, she never spoke to them again. She would never want her friends and future match to ever find out she came from such a disappointing family. She sure as hell didn't want her kids to have the same life she had growing up.
