Hi guys. Sorry I haven't updated in forever. 

Here we go.

So when I first made this blog, I was very new to tumblr and I didn't know that you could have more than one blog per account. So, I created a new account on a different email. Then, obviously, I figured out that you could make more blogs, sooooo this one got neglected.

So, in order to keep this blog running, I'm going to reblog everything on this account and transfer over to nextgenhpheadcanons.tumblr.com. Please follow me there and I guarantee you will get some head canon.

117. In third year, James found himself in detention for pulling yet another one of his pranks - and getting caught. Weary of his mischief, Professor McGonagall had him join a new club at Hogwarts: Happy Helpers. With only 6 members, the Happy Helpers club was a group of students whose main purpose was to help other people. James hated it at first, but eventually it grew on him. He even found love with one of the girls in the club.

116. At the end of her fifth year, Lily realized the only way she was going to get out of her brothers' shadows was to do something rash. So, she chopped her hair to her chin. Suffice to say, people noticed her after that.

115. Outside of Hogwarts, Rose took dance classes, something she adored and genuinely missed during the school year. When she and Scorpius became friends, and he realized he had a crush on her, he enrolled in recreational classes (without telling his father, of course) just so he could impress her. Turned out he had two left feet and Rose, who was very good at dance, laughed at him. She also fell for him.

114. Mr. Weasley was very nervous about meeting Dr. Granger. He stressed about what questions would be appropriate to ask and what would be out of line. He fretted over whether he would accidentally embarrass his son. However, when the time came around that the two fathers met, Arthur was pleased to find that Dr. Granger was just as interested in wizards as Arthur was in muggles. From there, the two men began a wonderful friendship.

113. Hugo never understood why he never had any romantic inclinations. All his school friends were getting girlfriends and dating and having fun, yet he didn't feel attracted to girls at all. For a long time he wondered why. Then, one day, it became very clear to him. It wasn't girls he fancied; it was boys.

112. Dominique kept a diary all through Hogwarts. She didn't actually call it a diary - it was more of a journal. She didn't just write the typical "dear diary" entries either... The many books she filled throughout her life contained poetry, short stories, drawings and sketches, and humorous limericks, among others. It was no surprise to her friends and family when her post-Hogwarts life was spent writing novels for both muggles and wizards alike.

111. Upon retiring from her teaching career at Hogwarts, Minerva McGonagall found out that she had much more money than she knew - a small fortune, in fact. With this money, she moved out into the country, close to a lake where children liked to play. She loved her new home and stayed there until the day she died.

110. Katie, as a good friend of the twins, often visited Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes to say hi to Fred and George (and, eventually, just George). One day, about two years after the war was over, she noticed a boy working on the shop. When she asked George who he was, the reply she got was, "He's my head of pyrotechnics. Great with explosions, that one." Katie was intrigued by him and came to the shop much more often just to spy on him. When she eventually got the courage to talk to him, they hit it off.

109. Dominique broke her left wrist more than 10 times during her years on the Quidditch team at Hogwarts. This proved to be problematic for her, as she was right-handed, but luckily Madam Pomfrey healed it up in about two minutes each time (each time with a snide remark about how she was growing tired of seeing the same face in the Hospital Wing all the time).

108. Rose went into training to become a healer after Hogwarts. When her post-secondary education was over, though, instead of getting a job at St. Mungo's, she chose to go to muggle university to get her nursing degree to heal muggles.

As inaccurate as this is, I'm loving it.

107. Mrs. Norris was a woman... At one point. Back in Filch's younger days, he had an affair with Mr. Norris's wife, a muggle, and Mr. Norris found out about it and turned his wife into a cat. A squib himself, Argus couldn't turn her back, and he refused to bring her to a wizard out of pure shame, so he kept her as a pet. No one ever knew, and the secret died with him.

It's amazing what pops into your head when you're walking to the bus stop in -40 degree weather.
