About shiro:
Shiro a rather quiet introverted man who spends most of his time in his office on his for his job or somewhere else studying jujustu. Do to this hyperfixation he is one of most knowlegdeable people around when it comes to sorcery but has beliw average psysical stats aside from speed although he has basic combat skills.
Shiro does not like loud noices and gets overwhelmed when there are a lot of people around.
Shiro joined jujustu tech tokyo in 2006, clung to nanami and haibara and and used to view his upperclassmen as intimidating but learned to get along with them fine, altought he is still a bit awkward.

Minimization allows the user to alter the size of objects, people and themselves, it's basic form shrinking.
This is done by imbeuing the target with their cursed energy. User can change their own size at will. How much the user can reduce the size of an object person depends on the amount of cursed energy the target posesses relative to the user. Targets cannot grow beyond their original size unless the reversal of this technique is aplied.

His tecnique also allows him to carry various items on him at all times including weapons, vehicles electronics and a remote controled robot with his tecnique aplied to it he uses for patroling.
