Little timer I made for one of my scenes. I sketched it out on paper first, then I painted and animated it in Photoshop. Since it’s supposed to be 1957 I realised they didn't have digital timers then so I made it look like a flip clock timer.

Using footage from a dog agility competition to understand a dogs movement better. This footage is especially useful for figuring out how Laika will look as she is jumping.
Test run for scene 5 :) brought all my assets together in Toon Boom. Still missing a few elements.

I took one of my earlier drawings of a dogs skeleton which I used to understand their movement, to create another poster for in the background of the lab in my animation. I used placeholder text with a Cyrillic font to make it look like Russian, seeing as I don't speak the language myself, also to save time as it probably won't be readable in my animation anyway!
