Two weeks and counting and no one seemed any closer to fixing the problem. Samuel was taken by that sense of helplessness he hated so much and just staying in that tower was not helping at all with his growing frustrations, but he knew that keeping calm was the best course of action. He sighed and forced the worries away of his mind (without much success), eyes focusing on two teens throwing a football in the middle of the living room. ❛ Maybe once this place gets demolished by destructive teenagers they will let us out of the building, ❜ he commented casually. He knew staying there was safer for everyone, but giving up his freedom didn’t seem right. [ @newerastarters· ]
“ or i could just scream . you know , ultrasonic and all that . totally would do the trick — way quicker too , ” niamh replies without missing a beat . her hands clasp together under her chin in thought , like she’s seriously contemplating it . while tempting , she quietly sighs . it would ultimately cause more trouble than what it’s worth , and they all have enough to deal with right now . “ anyway , just ‘cause we’re stuck here doesn’t mean we can’t have fun , right ? ” she asks after a beat of silence , eyes flickering from the teens to samuel . “ don’t know about you , but i’d rather try to make the best of it . ”
