This drawing was requested by Kaji Yuki, the request itself was “Captain Eren”, it’s spelled エレン兵長 (“Eren Heichou”).
Eren fell asleep on a couch during cleaning, and he’s dreaming of being Captain, but the image of a Captain is so closely linked to Levi in his mind that he ends up looking exactly like Levi. The two bubbles say “Oh? Not bad.” but it is unclear if it’s Levi saying them in reality or if it’s Eren’s thoughts in the dream (i think the latter is more correct).
The bottom panel shows Eren sleeping and Levi staring at him (so we realize that the above panel was Eren’s dream) and he hears Eren softly mumble in his sleep “Captain…Eren…” (エレン…兵士長… -> he’s using Levi’s full title “Heishichou”).
I find it so endearing that Eren dreams of Levi during cleaning, because cleaning is often portrayed as a chore and/or a stressful time for the squad where Levi is concerned, but Eren has no resentment/fear. Also, Eren as Levi looks really cute.
okay, at this point i wanna (need) see one last dialogue from eren and levi.
shipping goggles aside, it just always seemed to me like levi is the first one to always realize eren’s true nature or just simply understand eren as a whole.
and with this chapter, levi saying that he still has a lot to say to eren... idk i just feel like with whatever levi has to say will have an effect on eren.

What does Levi love most about Eren? And what does Eren love most about Levi?

Here are some thoughts… .w.
I think what Levi loves the most about Eren is his determination, his stubbornness, his enthusiasm (not in a happy way, just his eagerness to act) and his devotion to what he believes is right. And this counts as one thing, so I’m not cheating ok.
Technically, it was the first thing he learned about Eren – the fact that he is very determined and nothing can stop him or make him submit. And I feel like this is a quality that is very prominent in how Levi views him. After all, he was always drawn to people with strong personalities who had something that they wanted very badly and were ready to do anything for it. That’s why seeing Eren being broken, upset, or lost hurts Levi greatly.
This isn’t just about the canonverse either: I see this in many of our AUs. Eren is straightforward, hardworking and always does his best when he believes in a cause. Of course, there are some AUs where Eren is always bored and doesn’t really have a goal because there is no threat to his friends and there are no titans around, but when Eren finds something that he wants to achieve, he’ll do anything for it. Levi respects and loves that.
If we’re taking it into more of a sexy aspect, it’s the same: Eren knows what he wants, Eren is greedy and honest about his feelings. I think Levi is a type of person who’d need someone like that beside him and he feels very comfortable with a partner like that.
Another thing I think Levi loves about Eren is that Eren is genuinely kind and compassionate. Despite being somewhat selfish, he really wants people close to him to be happy. As Levi knows how difficult it all gets for Eren sometimes, he has such a soft spot for him. In our AUs, Levi still sees Eren as a kind and a compassionate person even if Eren decides to ditch all of his friends because there’s no malice in this action.
Now Eren. In one of the past replies I said that Eren’s perception of Levi changed a little after he met him personally, and his adoration of the heroic figure became adoration of Levi-the-person. And I think it’s very special because Levi-the-person ended up being even more fascinating to him than Levi-the-hero.
After their first meeting, Eren was ready to be treated like a monster or a subordinate or someone who was going to be constantly watched, disciplined and bossed around, but nothing happened. Instead, he got Levi, who’s been nothing but understanding of him and his worries and feelings. For some reason, Levi always knows what he’s thinking about and when he feels bad. Levi gave him, a monster that humanity could barely trust, a choice, which Eren “failed”, and Eren got nothing for this “failure”. The fact that Levi gives him choices all the time which are the hardest form of freedom is also something that Eren notices, in my opinion. Maybe not. But at least this way Levi shows that they’re equals and he’ll accept Eren no matter what choice he makes. Levi is like that to all the people who are not his enemies, but to Eren it’s still a very special treatment.
I think Eren loves Levi’s empathy, not only towards him, but towards people around him too. Let’s be fair, no one really understood what is inside Eren’s head but Levi, even if Levi couldn’t get the full picture. I think Eren feels comfortable around him because he knows that he doesn’t have to say anything: Levi understands his feelings and won’t get nosy or judging or try to fix anything about them. This is why in a lot of our AUs Levi is literally some kind of symbol of salvation for Eren: he runs away from home to live with him sometimes, he finds comfort in him while being a ghost, etc etc.
In my opinion, what Eren also loves about Levi the most are his honesty and his ways of looking at life. He trusts Levi because Levi wouldn’t lie about anything, he’s brutally honest and he won’t sugarcoat anything if it is wrong. He’s also wise and this is another reason why Eren can find comfort in Levi’s words.
Ok what I’m learning while writing this reply is that Levi and Eren appreciate similar things: devotion to the cause, compassion and HONESTY about their thoughts and feelings. Maybe this is one of the reasons they work so well together. They see these things in each other, they support each other and they understand each other. Moreover, in the canonverse they see each other as symbols of freedom, and both of them have been looking for it for a long time. Isn’t that beautiful?
