starting wednesday, July 27th, momofuku nishi will be the first restaurant in nyc to serve the impossible burger. the nishi style impossible burger is topped with lettuce, tomato, pickles, and special sauce and served on a martin’s potato roll with french fries. guests can add american cheese upon request.

the impossible burger tastes like ground beef but is made from plants, uses 95% less land, 74% less water, and produces 87% less greenhouse gas emissions. more importantly, it’s one tasty cow-free burger.
