Sorry I have not posted for a long time, again. My allergies have been unforgiving, and I have a lot of stuff going on.

So while I deal with stuff, here are closer looks at my Cyberpunk 2077 inspired jacket, a VPS shot of V I cannot remember if I uploaded or not. And some minor adjustments made to my wall of stuff!

Wild seeing someone try to claim “likeness rights” over a Cyberpunk character built entirely with CDPR’s assets. Everything made in that game (even mods) still falls under CDPR’s EULA. You can’t legally own what’s built inside someone else’s IP.

The “vanilla assets” part makes it even more absurd. It’s like trying to patent a color you mixed using someone else’s paint. But I guess once you become so convinced that your customizations or branding make the character uniquely “yours”—you tend to forget that everything built sits on CDPR’s foundation.

maybe you should get your story straight before banging on about a lawsuit you know nothing about. bullying a woman to the point of a suicide attempt, that is what you're defending. have you actually seen the papers yourself? or just the bits that support this narrative

Do not let her gaslight you into thinking she's the sole victim. She made mistakes in the past and hurt a lot of people. She attacked players who had Vs that looked too similar to hers and accused them of copying her. These interactions leave scars and these people are more than alllowed to talk about their own experiences.

There is plenty of proof of her abusive behavior despite the fact that she tries really hard to hide it, either by nuking entire conversation or by sueing anyone who dares speak up about it.

It is way too easy and ignorant to use "misogyny" as a defense mechanism.

Everything I've said publiclly so far about this case has been talking about my own presence in the lawsuit - I am not "omitting certain details" here. There are "no holes". The sole reason as to why > I < am present in this lawsuit is this singular post where I talk about a modding drama.

Think for your OWN self, educate yourself on what she has done to this community, from the very begining all the way back to the Low Sodium Discord Server.

The proofs are out there, and I wish more people were publicly talking about it, we need it more than ever - Because people like yourself need to realize that she is - by starting this lawsuit and sending the cops to my house - taking this way too far.

I've personally made mistakes too. People are still talking about them, and it's their rights - this is all basic fandom drama. Basic fandom drama that also caused me to take a bunch of pills with alcohol back in 2022. Drama affects EVERYONE deeply, and it is OUR resposability to handle it, by blocking and ignoring people. But she seems to have both the time and money to throw on a worldwide lawsuit. This is not normal, this is not ok.

Cheering for someone abusing the juridical system and throwing a vexatious ligitation - that violates both CDPR's EULA and NexusMods TOS - over fandom drama is unhinged.

She has caused harm. People talked about it. She is now using her wealth to scare people into silence.

if ya haven't already, it's time. No one here needs to deal with someone's lack of a reality check and their self-centred delusions.

As I said before: I cannot nor will not support someone who abuses the legal system to harass and hurt others. I have seen and heard enough proof of what is going on to drop all of this person's mods from my game and will no longer support them. You can be the best fucking modder in the world, and I still would not support or download your mods over actions like this.

On top of it, I was someone who was nearly bullied to death in school. Using something like a suicide attempt to gain more support truly disgusts me! They are minimalizing and trivializing something truly serious, for what? Being called out for their awful behavior towards a community that brings so many people joy?

That being said: If you find yourself in a super dark place and really need help, please call the Suicide Prevention Hotline in your country. Depression is nothing to be ashamed of, and you can get help for it. Do not let one dark moment take away the light and sparkle that is your life.

I am happy to announce that I finally re-keyed two of my custom boards with brand new keycaps, and built my final keyboard (for now). The new board uses Akko Creamy Cyan Switches and has a really nice feel to them, as well as a great clicky sound. I am so in love with how everything turned out and could not be prouder!

I do have one last keycap to arrive for the new board (one that looks like the "Relic" logo), otherwise, I consider these all complete!
