Hello I am Indigo/Indie, I used to be indigo-villin, indigo-puppet, multi-soup, indigo-rants, and had a doll account called dollie219 (I think those were the numbers)
EDIT: I do not do donation asks. I don't have the money for myself, much less others. (Also if you're an 18+ account that's currently confused, this is my main, 18+ content is split between my system and otherkin blogs listed below. I'm an adult, don't worry.).
I'm an age regressor, a quoigenic system, 26, use he/they/it pronouns, and post about whatever I find interesting.
Other blogs I have now:
@puppet-indigo my puppet blog
@th3-n0sta1gic-hiv3 my system/plural blog
@the-bird-brains a blog for 2 of the members of our system (Silver and Indie)
@vanilla-the-pony my more 18+ therian blog (very new but yes)
BYF:
I am 26, this was an agere blog, but since I haven't regressed in so long this blog is just for whatever I choose to stick on it that's still SFW in nature, I'm ace (well technically abrosexual), don't care about other people's gender expressions (m-spec are safe here), use neo/xeno-pronouns (forget which is which, I use one of them but always forget)
I'm a part of a system and we're quoigenic, endos are welcome here
I love all mlp, any hate to any gens will be blocked (criticism is fine but flat hate is not)
I am a Starlight mlp kin, any Starlight hate will also be blocked
I do not like the DCA or the puppet from fnaf much. DCA due to the canon designs being too creepy personally and both due to the fandom's way of mistagging things. I've made posts on this previously, not doing it here.
DNI: (The thing most people are looking for)
Radqueers (instant block), transID/transrace/transdisabled/etc You are NOT trans autistic or trans Asian, you either have autism or have Asian descent or you DON'T.
(Not saying people say both together this was just 2 examples of what I'm saying to make it clear of what I mean)
Anti-therians/otherkin/etc, anti fictives/introjects/etc, anti agere/petre/etc
Anti endos (I find origins unimportant, so I don't discriminate)
Trans, bi, pan, ace, aro, etc exclusionists
Pedos, MAPs, whatever other terms, Zoos, basically anyone wanting to fuck someone or something that's morally despicable and don't recognize it or don't get therapy for it. Also MIKs and Lolicons/loli "enjoyers"
DDLG, Ageplay, ABDL, and any other very clearly sexual/kink based thing involving someone role playing as a child STAY OFF MY PAGE
I do NOT want to see sexual content and people acting as CHILDREN in the same post/statement. Hate how I wrote this? Block me
do you ever think about how a series of tiny choices like âI guess Iâll watch that showâ can like totally and entirely change huge aspects of your life
Don't believe anything that isn't from the official @tumblr or @staff blog, they don't contact people like this, do not vlick any links, just report and block
I'm uhhh just gonna say this once. Just a quick little thing.
I an anti radqueer given how... open they are to certain subjects but I am also against the "radnormal" label.. thing.
I also find that anyone who has a "radnormal" blog all have this massive red flag they're raising. Cause the entire purpose of the blog is to say how much they want rqs dead and like... buddy.. no one likes you when you're just sitting on your PC or phone writing down how much you want to see another person dead on the streets. No one who has any amount of mental health wants to be around someone who spends hours bad mouthing people they dislike in ways that strip them of their humanity.
No one likes you when you're being a dick and only want to talk bad about others. You "found a good way to hate people" and people who don't like that won't like you for doing it, which again is most people who aren't also sucked into the hate train. What happens in these groups when you stop hating for a second? When you try to breathe and live your life for a day, what do you come back to?
I have the same questions for anti endos actually... what happens in your system spaces when you're not blaming endos for things? Are you "allowed" to just exist in those groups talking about your headmates, or maybe sharing ways to talk to your therapists/psychiatrists? Do you talk to the same people you scream at endos with about that funny interaction with a fictive? Do you talk about that thing you got to make that one system member happy? Do you talk about the struggles of doing dishes while someone won't stop scream singing the macarena?
Are you allowed to exist in these same spaces, with these same people, when you're not talking about hating someone else?
Not to be a Debbie Downer, but can we like get new characters? Brand new characters that don't include the Mane Six? Or at least don't include the G4 version of the Mane Six? Would love to see G3 Rainbow Dash again ngl
Also can we please get MLP with actual muzzles again, instead of pug faces?
With the whole "Markiplier making his own DVD copies of Iron Lung to sell" thing, it's been fascinating and slightly concerning how many people seem to genuinely believe that if a physical release isn't coming from a giant corporation, it must automatically be a bootleg.
Look at me.
Look me directly in the eyes while I say this.
You can just make things.
You can simply create something and put it into the world.
That's allowed.
People have been doing it for centuries.
They sell blank VHS tapes. They sell blank DVDs. Blank CDs. You can buy flash drives by the bucketful if you really want to. If you create a movie, an album, a game, a documentary, or a four-hour video essay about the mating habits of fictional space goblins, you are entirely permitted to put that thing on physical media and sell it.
That is not piracy.
Piracy is taking something that belongs to someone else and reproducing or distributing it without permission.
If I buy a DVD of a movie, I own that copy of the movie. I do not own the movie itself. I didn't acquire the rights to duplicate it, press a thousand copies, and start selling them out of my garage like I've become the regional distributor for Warner Bros.
The copyright, distribution rights, and intellectual property still belong to whoever created it or whoever legally acquired those rights.
If I start burning copies of Iron Lung and selling them myself without Markiplier's permission, that's piracy.
If Markiplier, who made and owns the rights to Iron Lung, burns copies and sells them himself, that's just distribution.
He's the rights holder.
He's distributing his own work.
If you made it, if it came from your own mind, your own work, your own time, your own resources, then congratulations. You own the thing. You don't need a corporation to bless it with legitimacy.
The corporation is not what makes it real.
The fact that it exists is what makes it real.
I think we've accidentally spent so many years living inside a world dominated by mass-produced media that some people have developed the strange assumption that all media emerges from a factory somewhere. As if films naturally occur in shrink-wrapped plastic cases and descend from the heavens aboard a pallet truck.
But independent artists have been burning discs, dubbing tapes, printing books, pressing records, and mailing things directly to people for longer than many of us have been alive.
the internet has made people feel like their personal opinion on every topic is valuable and important and holds equal weight to everyone elseâs but the truth is some spaces arenât for you and some things you just canât relate to or understand and thatâs okay. learn when to stay quiet instead of inserting yourself into conversations that are actually nothing to do with you
It's also okay to not have an opinion about something or not not know enough about something. We're pushed to have opinions about everything RIGHT NOW. There's no space to step back and say "I don't know enough about the situation yet."
posting this with every artist tag i can think of, even if you dont do crochet, PLEASE TAKE RESTS FOR YOUR HANDS!!! no matter what medium artist you are, take care of your articulations
If you are a collector of any kind, especially a vintage toy collector, you need to remember that YOU are the one who runs the market. It's your job to be a cheapskate. Never buy anything you think is overpriced, always scour facebook, yard sales, flea markets, etc., lowball people on second hand marketplaces to the point they get angry at you. Never let yourself be fooled into beliving this plastic cat is worth 70$
Doing stuff "childish" is okay and even good actually
- If using plates and silverware meant for kids means you will eat more often and/or find more joy out of eating, good! *
- If using a divided plate means you are going to feel more comfortable eating, good!
- If having a water bottle with your favorite character/show on it means you are going to drink more water, good!
- If having children's toothbrushes and toothpaste means you are going to brush your teeth more often, good!
- If watching tooth brushing videos aimed at kids makes brushing more enjoyable/helps prompt you to brush correctly, good!
- If taking a stuffed animal or other toy out with you means you are going to feel a little safer, good!
- If using a nightlight (esp one with characters on it) makes you feel safer and helps you sleep better, good!
- If you find coloring in books made for children/simpler pictures more enjoyable, good!
- If decorating your living space with "childish" things with characters or bright colors is going to make your space more enjoyable/usable, good!
- If using organization systems and prompts aimed at children is going to help you actually use them, good!
- If you enjoy media aimed at children, and it brings you joy and makes your days a little easier, good!
No matter what your age is, you are allowed to use the things that bring joy into your life or make your life easier to manage. You do not need to "grow up" or "do it like an adult". You can do it in whatever way works best for you. There should be no shame in it. I think some of us want to beat the allegations that autism makes us more "childlike" thinking it makes us more palatable, when having "age-inappropriate interests" are a commonly known trait. It is normal to have autistic traits when you have autism. You don't need to hide it or pretend you don't. Yes I know not all autistics are interested in this stuff either but that's not my focus
* also there have been studies done that people tend to absorb more nutrition from foods they enjoy, so you are doing yourself a huge favor by making eating fun!
