Sushi at the vegan food truck festival today! I got the green dragon roll (cabbage, cucumber, carrot, and lettuce topped with avocado and a mango puree) and Menka got the fresh fruit roll (avocado, cucumber, and mango topped with kiwi). Both were so fresh and yummy!
