This is exactly how somebody should react to kittens.

That or become overwhelmed with how perfect they are and freeze up while they climb all over you, but enough about the bae~

They laugh quietly as the ball of floof bats at Nico’s hand. How the fuck even did baby cats get so sweet. What the fuck.

“…Kimi has a lot of boyfriends. I might have to keep her in more often, or find her a boyfriend that will stay inside with her.”

EEeeEEEE. Nico barely resists the urge to nuzzle his face into the baby, because he knows perfectly well his face would be wearing the baby if he did. But he does purr at them softly and let her play, wiggling his fingers.

“I can tell~, That might not be a bad idea, sugar. She’s a darling though, I can’t believe how cute they all are.”

Hey Renji did okay until he was a ball of smiling dork.

Pfff, Kimi knows who this guy is by now.

Uta strokes down Kimi’s back, smiling softly at her.

“She did pretty good, didn’t she~?”

Proud cat parent. Look at that.

They pull up one of the kittens at their feet, plopping a little ball of white fuzz right next to her mother.

“This is Amata. She’s the firstborn~”

Kimi is a sweetheart and she’s getting all the affection. Perching his glasses, he crouches down, sequins clicking against each other when they move. Coo at the little fuzzball, a wide grin plastered on his face. That shit won’t even come off with enamel remover.

“She did amazing!~ Look at this sweet baby, oh my gods she’s adorrrableeee”

Gently pet the kitty?

“Mamma was a busy lady to make all these babies, huh?”

Uta is rather diligently working on the final mask for that gallery- really just setting the resin’d flowers and petals into place along the edge of the face and whatnot. At their feet are three kittens- the others were taking naps, including the little black one in their lap. Four others were lounging on display cases, and momma cat herself was sitting next to the art-mask.

Kitten ears perk up at the voice of the flamboyant man, and Uta had to hold in a chuckle.

“You certainly are arrived then? Tell me.”

The wave around the shop at the kittens lounging about.

“What do you think of Kimyona’s brood~?”

INTERNAL SQUEALING LOOK AT ALL THESE PRECIOUS CHILDREN. He sort of vibrates becausse he doesn’t know which direction he wants to go in first, of which one to pet. AAAHH. “Ohmygods they’reso beautiful!!! Ooooh Kimi baby you did so wonderfully!!! Look at all these precious little angels!” Shuffle over to Uta and the cluster of kitties. He’s cooing at mama kitty, gotta get permission first, super important.

Can we get that beep beep and can we get that toot toot? Nico’s driver rolls them up to the mask shop, a shiny new Bentley blasting old school nineties hip hop. He steps out pretty as a peacock in a comfortable royal blue lace jacket, aquamarine sequin top, and fuchsia pants. ...Don’t forget the white alligator shoes. He peeks over his heart-shaped sunglasses, waving his fingers at the driver in a motion to wait as he heads towards the shop.

“Suuuugar darling~~~ Your /queen/ arrives!”

So, as of now, I still have four kittens that are unspoken for.

Maybe I should ask my clients if they want a cat, but there aren’t too many of them that I’d trust with Kimyona’s children.
