"Keep your head high, your glutes tight and your coffee strong." 💪☕️😁#FridayFeels #Pilates #Glutes #Coffee 😁☕️💪 ____________________________________ The Pilates Single Leg Kick is one of my faves - it seems easy enough but when executed properly can be extremely challenging and effective! Plus - it works all the parts including abdominal muscles, hamstrings and glutes! 💪😉💪 ___________________________________ 1. Lie in your stomach, make fists, press your arms and your hips down into the mat, lift your torso up. 2. Squeeze your glutes and your inner thighs together. 3. Zipper the abs, lengthen the spine and kick the heel towards the glute with a double beat. 4. Keep the opposite leg straight and the torso non-moving. 5. Switch legs. Repeat the sequence 5 rounds without letting the leg rest on the mat between kicks.

"In order to kick a$$, you must first lift up your foot!" 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 There's certainly no shortage of booty-kickin in here! 🍑👀 Foldover Flat Back is an amazing move that targets the glutes and core. Setting up with torso, head, hips and lifted leg in one long line facing the floor. Zip the core tight to prevent the spine from moving. Lower and lift the extended leg by powering up the glutes. You will feel the heat in both legs but the real 🔥will come when you can keep those glutes engaged as you pulse up. (at The Bay Club)
