Fellow artists!! If you’re looking for a good posing program/app, “Magic Poser” is awesome! I just discovered it and I’m already so excited 😍 You can use props, have multiple figures, adjust perspective & lighting! It has a few issues with some poses looking a little stiff, but it’s super helpful for generating pose ideas & for creating the scene you have in mind but can’t find a reference image for!🕺

We at Piczel.tv are sad to see Tumblr’s stance against NSFW artists, and would like to offer up our services as an alternative to Tumblr’s arbitrary shadowbans, deletions, and general stupidity.

We’re happy to host adult artists who are looking for a new place to call home, and are planning a few key upgrades and features. 

Effectively immediately though, our gallery upload size restriction has been removed, to be likely raised to 10MB in the near future for non-premium users. As always, we support image sets, and don’t compress anything. Firstly, for those that have been using tumblr as a portfolio, you’ll need a way to download all of your art, if you don’t have backups somewhere else. We are planning a tool for Piczel.tv that will import zip files full of images, including titles and descriptions if we are able. Second, we’re planning the following upgrades to piczel in the coming weeks: 1. Bulk upload/import to your piczel.tv gallery 2. Gallery UI cleanup and improvements 3. Gallery performance improvements 4. Gallery comments with in line image and custom emote support 5. Site-wide PMs (in the vein of tumblr asks, but better) 6. Archive button for your piczel account Don’t forget to follow us on twitter, we may be deleted on the 17th with everyone else. one thing that really RUSTLES MY JIMMIES is how almost every tutorial on how to draw men has a part about their lips that pretty much always boils down to “make them as thin as possible” or “blur the edges until there’s almost no discernible shape to them” and “pretty much just make them as unnoticeable as possible” because people apparently think its impossible for men to have prominent lips?? like???

of all facial features, lips probably differ least in form from gender to gender. they are one of the main things humans look to to differentiate between genders, yes, but the key is in the coloring, not the size or shape - sharper contrast between the lip and the skin reads as more feminine, while softer contrasted, more skin-toned lips read as more masculine.

DON’T be afraid to give your dudes big lips. it is absolutely not a gendered trait, and please remember not to take art advice as gospel, especially when its coming from random people online who may or may not know wtf they’re talking about.

Won’t flood your home and mess stuff or burn it down, it’s calm and smart.

He’s one of most loyal Pokemon ever
