You can imagine shit really vividly yeah, I do that myself. But come on. You're just dreaming. If you think about shit all day you're gonna dream about it.

So, this will be my last question for the night and I’ll be back to answering questions tomorrow in the morning, and I’ll try to knock out a ton of questions tomorrow. But I saw this in my asks, and honestly, I really felt I had to respond.

Reality shifting sounds insane.

Point blank, it sounds crazy. When you first hear about being able to ‘shift to another reality’ or ‘dimension,’ as you call it, it sounds absolutely insane. I used to be first in line on the ‘that’s not possible, there’s absolutely no way’ train.

I used to think, wow, this is probably lucid dreaming at its finest, just like you do, anon. I figured it was another trend on TikTok that was going around and I went along on my day, just like normal.

But (and of course, there’s always a but;) let’s take a little history lesson.

Up until around the Middle Ages (and please, correct me if I’m wrong), the general consensus was that the Earth was flat. This was a genuine theory (and thought of as fact) for many, many, many years. After all, we’re standing on flat land, right? When we look to our left, our right, it’s all flat ground (unless you live near mountains, I suppose), right? That seemed plenty evidence enough that the Earth was flat. And we went on living like that for an extremely long time.

Now, I’m no geographer or historian, nor do I claim to be. But eventually, towards the late Middle ages and even now in present time, more and more evidence came out proving that the Earth was indeed spherical and not flat. Satellites were sent out and took images of the Earth, giving hard proof that the Earth is absolutely a sphere. Astronauts went out into space and could give a firsthand testimony as to how spherical the Earth really was.

Now, you might be asking, what does the Earth being round have to do with reality shifting?

Our concept of the world, of Earth, of the universe itself, is changing every single day. There is so much that we haven’t explored, so much that we won’t explore for centuries. If you consider humans and their brainpower alone, we only use about--what, 10% of our brains on a daily basis?

Yes, you can absolutely imagine things vividly. I do that as well. Yes, you can lucid dream, yes, lucid dreaming is something that’s real and exists and that many people can do. But dreaming, imagining, etcetera, they are not the same thing as shifting, and there is proof of shifting.

There’s tons of firsthand testimonies as to people’s experiences. Sure, some of them lie, but if you went by that logic, then nothing that anyone would say would be true because many humans lie about many different things. There are CIA documents showing proof of quantum jumping that I know have been circling around.

All of this to say, reality shifting is becoming a lot more ‘popular’ of a concept now because of TikTok’s platform and for those sharing their stories. People are exploring these possibilities, living out entire lives in other realities. And sure, you can choose to believe that maybe this is all a big joke, and that it’s just a trend like I used to.

But do you know what I believe? What countless others do believe?

I believe that this is just the start of one of the newest scientific breakthroughs of our lifetime. And if that means that shifters as a whole can explore the multiverse in a way that nobody else has? Or even if it’s something as trivial as spending time with their comfort character?

Then I believe that this is causing no harm to anyone.

I’ll tie this back to my ‘Earth is round’ analogy. For years, centuries, we truly believed that the Earth was flat. There was no other possibility, no other options, just the cold, hard, truth.

Until the truth flipped upside down and we learned that there was a whole lot more to it.

Right now, you may truly and firmly believe that shifting is not real. That there’s no conceivable way that it’s possible. But who knows? Maybe, just maybe, some proof is going to come out in the following years, some cold, hard, proof that determines that shifting is in fact real. And then our knowledge of the truth will be turned upside down once again, just like it did back then.

And until then, and I’m speaking for myself personally here, I’ll be damned if I don’t at least try to flip the truth for myself.

And so, anon, I conclude my response with this. Shifting may seem like ‘absolute bullshit’ to you right now, and that’s totally okay. Nobody’s going to force you into understanding it or wanting to believe in it. That’s perfectly fine.

However, there are hundreds of others, including me, who truly believe in the idea of shifting. There are others who have, and some of those people choose to share their stories with others in hopes of motivating them. I know for sure that I’ll be one of them.

But all I’m hoping to achieve here is help others get to their desired realities. To their home. And if, in the end, I help at least one person shift? Well, I’ll be one happy person.

Anyway, I hope this helped motivate some of you. I appreciate you, anon, for sending in this ask, because I really just want to show that having a difference in opinion is okay. We can be 100% civil about it. All I ask is that you don’t shut it down so blatantly, especially when there is proof.

(P.S: The video you linked, Odd1sOut’s video? I had already watched it before, and it’s full of misinformation. I’d really suggest that you find another source because as much as I love James’ content on a normal day, he was very biased in this video, calling shifting an ‘unhealthy obsession’ which I wholeheartedly disagree with. It was overall a pretty rude video that called out viewers who do believe in shifting and practically calling them crazy. It’s okay if you have a difference in opinion, just don’t bring others down while doing so. And I’m referring to James and anyone else who acts like this with shifters with this comment, not you specifically, Anon.)
