1917 c. A rare World War One protest dress.Of cotton, with blue ribbon trim embroidered with the word “Peace” which runs from the neck to across the chest to finally make a bow at center back. It has a lace collar, a floating petal panel over sleeves and is embroidered in white trim to the sleeves and hem. From Augusta Auctions.
