When you can't find/afford Gorillaz merch, so you make youreself some:

I made them out of shrinky dink plastic I got off Amazon! If you do this, I really recommend getting yourself like a toaster oven that you'll only use for crafts. But perhaps I'm too paranoid about heating up plastic where I also cook frozen pizzas..

You could also use a heat gun, but the plastic will move around on you and is more prone to cracking with one. I have tried both methods and I personally find a toaster oven easiest.

Once they were heated, I also added a layer of UV resin to both sides of the keychains. For extra protection.

When your pet alien has its own (appropriately sized) bed, and yet it still sleeps in yours:

This picture takes place before the band 'Gorillaz' was made. It's around the time Murdoc would've been bouncing between jobs/places to live.

Even if by chance Suu'art got his own bed, it always preferred to sleep in Murdoc's. Why? Who knows..

Alien Murdoc, Concept #1.

Another alien design based off a work by Super_Fast_Octopus on Ao3. They wrote a fanfic titled 'Cosmic Love' where Murdoc was the alien. If you do not mind the 2Doc ship, I highly recommend it!

Would like to note(since I hadn't in my alien 2D post) that these designs were inspired by the stories themselves, but I didn't draw them exactly as they were described by Super_Fast_Octopus. These are my own takes on the idea. But as far as I know, they're the ones who came up with the idea! So all credit for the concept of an alien gorillaz au is theirs.

However, if you know of anymore alien au gorillaz fanfics, please let me know. I'd be very interested😊

Based the drawing off the official art for ‘DoYaThing’. Did I give her the right foot position to fit in seamlessly with the actual art? Of course not. Did I still try to insert her in? Yup.
