Today’s a big day y’all.

One year since I jumped into this keto journey. I am doing no weigh November but today is my exception.

In one year I’ve lost 61 pounds.

I jumped from dirty to strict, net to total carbs and back, and there’s been at least three months in there when I ate the standard American diet (normally when I’m home visiting family lol).

👖 loose 24 -> 16

👚 2xl -> xl/l

👟 8.5 -> 5.5

💍 8.5 -> 5

This has been the hardest yet most rewarding journey I’ve ever been on and I can’t wait to see what the future holds.

I also did a comparison picture from my heaviest which was 2015. There’s about -107 pounds difference in these two!
