Morrigan works for Daruma Ujiko (Dr. Garaki) as his assistant and right hand woman. While she doesn't work directly beside him, she has been tasked to do his "dirty work" which involves seeking out candidates for Nomu, experimenting with quirks Ujiko is unsure what to do with, and interacting with Tomura Shigaraki for information Ujiko and All For One cannot assess through cameras - i.e. his interactions with the group and others, preferences, ect. so All For One can better assimilate with him in the future. Morrigan, despite her flaws and morals, doesn't like that so she gives as little data as she can on him as thanks for Tomura's "hospitality."
𝑪𝒉𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒄𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝑰𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔
Morrigan is written to be a cold, calculating, woman with seemingly no good flaws to her character. However, she's more friendly with those affiliated with the League of Villains/Paranormal Liberation Front and the Shie Hassaikai. If you're a hero or hero oc wanting to interact, it'll take some time to get her to warm up to you unless their connections are discussed in private.
