Before the confession, bitzer showed that he was bothered by something while shaun hid his feelings
Before the confession, shaun pulls more tricks to bitzer or gets into more trouble just to seek his attention
Before the confession, shaun gets the wrong idea when he sees bitzer with a certain look (though in reality, bitzer is just absentmindedly staring because he’s busy thinking about how to confess to shaun). Shaun misinterprets this as bitzer being interested in some npc dog, so he sets up a fake night dating scenario for bitzer. The problem? shaun forgets to tell bitzer that what they're doing is just a simulation. SO WHILE SHAUN ACTS LIKE A PERFECT GENTLEMAN THAT NIGHT, BITZER IS A FLUSTERED-PANICKED-CONFUSED-BLUSHING MESS. At the end of their so-called "dating", bitzer (with that certain look) finally confesses his feelings (thinking shaun plan this "date" because he already knew) and in that moment it's shaun's turn to panic and flustered tell bitzer that he is good and ready to face that npc dog. Silence. Bitzer start laughing while Shaun realizes he never explained the fake dating scenario. He tries to explain, but bitzer cuts him off, as they holding his hand, bitzer tells shaun who he really loves
Their routine hasn't changed a bit because they've always loved each other companionship since the very beginning
Shaun weakness is physical contact while bitzer is word of affection
Shaun "complains" he's cold just to sneak into bitzer's house
Sometimes, it is shaun who staring way too long at bitzer while he works. Other times, it is bitzer who glances at shaun when he plays with the flock (both of them do it in secret)
They love quiet moments with just the two of them
Bitzer likes to give shaun flowers and shaun likes to eat them
THEY HUG LIKE EVERY OPPORTUNITY
They're both mom, but if you asked me who is more dad it'll be shaun
Though they keep their relationships hidden, the flock can feel their love in the air (they shove it right in the flock's faces)
They have "the talk" with timmy's mom
Bitzer has shaun's wool in his house
Bitzer fav scent besides the farmer is shaun's
Shaun helps bitzer to learn about smartphones but accidentally shows his gallery that is filled with bitzer's photo. But what he didn't know is bitzer's gallery also filled with shaun's photo (though often blurry)
