What power dynamics?  A woman either persuades her uncut BF to get cut if she has strong views on the subject, or he gets fired.  Or she makes the decision to have her baby boy circumcised for health, custom or religious reasons. Boys should be snipped as soon as possible, not left to adulthood in my opinion.  It is better as the procedure is quick and the healing is just a matter of days.  Many young boys have problems caused by the existence of a foreskin so it is best to remove it to prevent such problems. Lets not forget how much more attractive a cut penis is too to both men and women. I’ve never met a guy who was not happy being cut, but I have met many who were/are uncut and wish they were.Mothers need to make many decisions for their children since they are not capable of making them themselves.  Circumcision is one of those decisions that needs to be made for baby/young boys, so I would be making that decision. No hesitation on getting him cut.  I would probably go with a low and tight circumcision as medical evidence indicates a low cut is medically healthier although I really like the two-tone look of a high and tight style on a fully grown man.

Where I am from circumcision isn't done very often so there must be a lot of guys that want to have it done later in life but I've never seen a circumcision clinic have any advertising on tv. That made me start thinking what would be a good commercial for a circumcision clinic. So what do you think would be a creative and funny advert for a circumcision clinic especially aimed at mothers to get their sons circumcised?

Good question.  I am not a creative, so probably not the best person to come up with an advertising campaign.  I would say though that an advertising or promotional campaign starring a few young celebrities/sport stars/role models who are circumcised if males or who are into circumcised guys if females. Their role would be to ‘star’ in the adverts/promotion/videos to help create circ awareness and to promote the benefits of circumcision. The female celebrities will influence girls to persuade their boyfriends get circumcised and the male celebrities will influence guys to become real men and get their junk cut.
