If you run small tournaments and just want something that works without installing a giant, overbuilt system, I made something for you. Swiss Tourney is a lightweight WordPress plugin I’ve been building (and rebuilding… and fixing… and breaking again 😅) through a lot of trial and error — mostly error, if I’m being honest. The goal isn’t to compete with enterprise tournament software. The goal is simple: create Swiss-style pairings, track standings, and keep everything inside your WordPress site without bloat, subscriptions, or complicated setup.
I’m officially calling it “good enough” and releasing it into the wild.
Swiss Tourney is intentionally minimal — just a clean, easy way to run local events, game nights, club competitions, or small community tournaments.
