(THIS IS GOING TO BE A RLLY LONG RANT BUT WHATEVER)
so we all know the conformity gate theory for stranger things with very weird things happening in the epilogue with the very weird graduation.
Take this. It’s very unsettling. Everyone including the parents are sitting up straight with their hands in their laps except for the women holding the yellow sign (I’ll come back to that later).
Now they almost look like a certain someone. I wonder who that could possibly be
Henry Creel. I think by now everyone’s predicted he’s still alive because
• He was too easy to kill
• The lighting of epilogue looks his memories
• Mike heard the frequency only El could hear
• And we hear the clock ticking
Anyways enough of him and back to the graduation.
In the crowd for graduation we see Derek sitting with Holly and surprisingly his family aren’t there. Ik it’s probably cause Derek saw Mike as his bestie, but Erica and Tina were kinda friends (in the past anyways) and Erica’s the younger sister of Lucas so I’m surprised Tina wasn’t there. More surprising for me though was that Vicki wasn’t there. Ik that she and Mike didn’t have rlly any relationship w each other, but she’s friends w Lucas and Max and ofc the gf of Robin. And finally Max’s mum wasn’t there. I know her actor had cancer and presumably Max’s house blew up in season 4 but still.
Now onto Dustin’s speech. I found it very odd that he was the only one the pull off his graduation cloak/orange thing he was wearing (iono what they’re called) but no one followed suit. Even his friends. And we know that they would do anything he did, but they didn’t join them. Which makes the epilogue even harder to believe that’s them.

If you couldn’t tell there’s a woman in the back holding a yellow sign and multiple people wearing sunglasses. I’ll start with my analysis on the woman holding the yellow sign first
As we can see she’s holding up a yellow sign. And dyk what a yellow sign represents.
Or pay attention, something unusual is ahead.
Or if we’re talking about the situation like it’s road rules then a yellow sign represents slow down, use caution, and be prepared for changing conditions.
This shows us that she somehow managed to escape the conformity.
Now onto the people wearing sunglasses
So I did some research on this and I’ve come up with a theory why they could be wearing sunglasses and I came up with a theory why they could be wearing them
Wearing sunglasses can create a sense of anonymity. By concealing our faces, people can’t recognise it’s you unless they’ve regularly seen you wear sunglasses. So we can’t tell if the person behind the glasses is a hero, villain or just a normal character.
Now what does this all have to do with a final episode.
Well there’s obviously danger around Hawkins because of the sign that the woman was holding up and some unusual almost well behaved things going on, like I mentioned in my Dustin point. Do I think this is Vecna’s doing. Of course I do, he couldn’t have died in five minutes. Do I believe he’s doing it alone? No.
Who do I think his accomplice is.
What is a False Hydra you may ask?
Well a False Hydra is a popular Dungeons & Dragons homebrew monster, a horrific, many-headed aberration that hides in plain sight by singing a psychic song that makes people forget it exists and forget anyone it eats, causing bewildering memory gaps and gaslighting an entire town as it grows, making it a challenging but terrifying psychological horror encounter for DMs.
I believe that they are working together because I don’t believe Vecna could take on Hawkins after Joyce “killed” him in five minutes. And a False Hydra can use its song to make people forget he’s eaten their loved ones, like Vicki, Derek’s family and Max’s mum.
But the False Hydra isn’t just affecting the town. It’s affecting us. Why do you think scenes in the epilogue are different to when you first saw them? And the plot holes throughout this series too? Those were caused by the False Hydra.
But why a False Hydra? Well in Nancys vision she sees a monster with three heads and a large gaping mouth. Will paints that picture of a monster with three heads, which is a False Hydra. What do these two things have in common. They both come true.
Nancys vision also saw more monsters coming to attack Hawkins.
I believe these monsters would be
• The Mind Flayer because on the radio station host (which closed down today☹️) her name is Mindy Flare, which is just an acronym for mind flayer. Also the fact it’s a fraud and was able to be killed in 5 minutes
• the Demobats. We’ve only seen them in season 4 so it’s their time to shine
If this actually comes to be, it’ll be a much better send off than the finale we got.
