Reblog if you do NOT want the new Tumblr update

Apparently, from what I hear people say, in the new Tumblr update, if someone reblogs your post and adds a comment of their own, that reblog is counted as a new post and it belongs to the reblogger. Not you. You, as the OP, do not get the notifications if someone else later reblogs from the person who reblogged your post with their own comment. You can’t see what comments people leave on the reblogs of the post you originally made unless they reblogged directly from you.

If this is actually true, it will just open doors for harassment. And also it takes the credits away from the OPs. Tumblr’s etiquette has always been “reblog don’t repost”. So this new update, if true, contradicts the whole core values of Tumblr as a community.

Respectfully, we don’t want this @staff @support @tumblr @changes please listen to your users.

I’d also like to clarify that this is what I hear from what a lot of people are saying, and it bothers me. But if I got anything wrong, I do apologize.

Some people age like fine wine, smoother, stronger, and more defined with the years. Some people age like cheddar cheese, pleasant and soft at first but sharper and more desired with time. And then there's those (me) that age like a mango, unpalatable and not ready for the longest time, a very brief period of soft sweetness and joy, then in a blink done with all that nonsense and easily bruised with aging.

All the cool halloween lawn signs are sold out and there's this one adult chick and rugrat that walks by my apartment and tries to steal the tiny-ass pumpkins growing from the tiny little pumpkin patch I've been growing since the summer at least. It's gonna rain the next week so just writing on cardboard " beat it or be eaten" in the middle of the patch would ruin the sign. Anyone got suggestions on how to passive aggressively tell both adults and children (because both the kid and the adult have tried stealing them) to knock it off without pissing off the masses?

Here's hoping I get it through security with all the pins and chains...made this for a future Ateez concert, whenever they're touring the east coast next and it's not hot as hell then. This started out as just wings that were designed differently to show the fallen angel bit from their In Your Fantasy song before seeing one of the members had wings already on him with a bit more, and he's my bias so I figured why not do that too? Seven little crystals hang off the web as the other members, the red drop in the middle represents the captain between his frequently red dyed hair and red being his fave color (I think). Will add patches and badges to the sleeves and front as they come later but the back is done at least!

Five things I like about myself? This is like taking calculus exam with no preparation lmao, but it’s worth a try.

1. I love how invisible I can be in certain situations and yet my “absence” or “invisibility” is somewhat noticed by the crowd.

2. I like how my voice hypnotizes the people I interact with. The tone, the pace, everything just grasps their attention in such a sultry and sensual manner yk.

3. I like how I can’t fit in, being different, the outcast or the odd one out. It can be hurtful at times, but it’s so rewarding. A capricious anomaly that doesn’t mix with the norms of what’s expected, instead I’m…out of the ordinary.

4. I like my vast forms of creativity, drawing, writing, designing clothes or characters, singing, acting and of course improvising in life threatening situations, I’m such a weird kid man.

5. I like my ability to shape shift, music, movies the weather, my emotions and my experiences initially inspired my sudden change in aesthetic. Be it fashion, bold set ups or insta updates, it’s like a snake shedding its skin. Relating to certain melodies, cinematic elements, monologues and etc, it forms part of me in a sense.

Watched Muppet Treasure Island for the first time in forever (after starting the first few eps of Black Sails finally) with subtitles on because too lazy to turn them off after using them for K dramas (duolingo has failed me there) and the "German" crew members aboard the ship singing Cabin Fever are literally them just singing random German words that fit the rhyming pattern of the song. I was that day's years old finding out it wasn't them also singing about having cabin fever.
