I've never had to publish something like this before and you didn't specify what kind of headcanons so I just did a little bit of everything.
GENERAL
His students love him to death. Such a good boy.
Lots of surprise commentary. Seriously, he'll pop out of someone's book bag or desk to check on their work progress.
He's that tutor who lets his kids get away with a lot of things as long as they get their work done somehow.
He was friends with Kunikida when he was still a cram school tutor, or at least that's how Henry sees it. Kunikida probably thinks he's super annoying, to be honest.
Remember those times where you feel that you thought you put something somewhere and it's actually somewhere else? You actually put it there, he just moved it so he can see the pure look of confusion on your face.
An openly homosexual man. He may try to flirt with men he knows in some way, shape or form, but he knows when to quit if people aren't into it. (Minus Kunikida. He will tease the crap outta this man even if he doesn't like it.)
PERSONAL
He has four siblings; an older brother named William, two younger brothers named Wilkinson and Robertson, and a younger sister named Alice.
He knows how to speak French and went to Paris several times as a child.
For some reason, he has a stutter, but it only seems to manifest when he speaks Japanese. His French is perfect.
Back when he was a teenager, he wanted to join the ADA, but that dream was cut short when he got caught up in a fire and injured himself. That is also why he doesn't like fire.
While he won't actively seek it, he does love attention. His students compliments are the best things in the world to him.
He likes to paint. He's not amazing at it, but the pictures he paints are still pretty decent.
ADA VISITS
Surprise visits to Kunikida happen frequently. Kunikida will reach down to pull a file out from a drawer or something and, what do you know, there's Henry.
He's probably just as annoying as Dazai but a little more tolerable. Kunikida doesn't have to worry about chasing this man down because he's floating down rivers or jumping off bridges.
Dazai and him probably get into joke or silly flirt battles just to tick people off.
He became friends with Kenji over their love for the countryside. Gets along best with him. These two dudes are just shining with purity and sweetness it's unreal.
ROMANTIC
If the s/o has some sort of desk job then they better expect him to pop out of a drawer at least once during their workday. If they're not at their desk, he'll leave a little gift on it for whenever they return.
If he shares an apartment or house with his s/o, then it's going to be a struggle figuring out how to greet him when he returns from work. He may come through the door like a normal person, or he may pop in through a window or just suddenly appear in the house somewhere.
Remember that cake you left in the fridge? It's probably gone now. He teleported through the fridge and stole it without you knowing. Shhh.
If his s/o compliments him, he'll be on cloud 9 for the next week. He's so proud!
Blushes pretty easily, especially if his s/o is the one making him do it.

I wanted to see how tall I’d be when compared to my giant husband, Muriel. So I found a website that would compare their height for me. Hence this picture:
The blue is Muriel, 6'10". And the purlple-y pink is me 5'9.25".
Nothing all the special. Then, when I actually looked into it, I realized something.
I’m chest height. Perfect height for napping on those soft tiddies. Automatic reservation to the best pillows on Earth? Uhh yes please.
