Productive Sunday: First weekend in a long time with no hangover! Woke up at 6, signed up for a Barry's Bootcamp class at 7. Was a very relaxing bike ride there (the ride back made my legs turn into noodles). I was extremely anxious to take the class alone, but I've been trying out this new way of thinking. It basically goes like this, "the time spent contemplating which action is time wasted for all actions". I used to waste so much time debating on what to do that I end up doing nothing. I've never regretted working out though, so this wasn't a hard choice! Definitely going back next weekend (I need to spend these classpass credits)! TLDR: Here's me feeling my oats. I'm almost finished reading "The Subtle Art of Not Giving A F*ck". Great book, highly recommend it! Anyways, it's helped me realize how many opportunities I've let pass me by because of the fear of failure or judgment. I had this uneasy feeling of incompleteness realizing I'll never know if I never tried. Being thrown into the world with only myself to depend on made me someone who plays it safe, acts carefully, and generally avoids conflict in order to survive. But I think found my 2019 motto, "if you're not fucking me or paying my bills, your opinion doesn't matter." If this is too much, that's okay. It's for me anyways.
