          Hayato lasted about two minutes before he ran off to play              in his room. Normally he helped with cooking, but he supposed a              day in the office was tiring. Besides, the blond always made his              best meals when alone, when he could actually focus on what he              was doing and not worrying every two minutes about what his son              was doing. So many times he’d seen knives been held wrong or              saw him cut foods too close to his hands. Those days he was              sure he’d have a heart attack. Though nothing startled him more              then his husband suddenly appearing behind him. He jumped,              dropping the tomato he was cutting up and let out a not so              masculine scream.                                                        “EP— Teme..!”              Heart racing he let out an annoyed huff before settling into the              raven’s arms, taking a break from the preparation for now although              it was almost ready, bar adding a few more tomato’s for Sasuke’s              liking.                       “I think we remember our honeymoon differently ‘ttebayo.                                 I burned half the kitchen tryna cook for ya..”              Not his finest moment, but a tale to tell nonetheless. Although he              certainly wasn’t proud of it and had long since honed his cooking skill              to, well, not perfection but close enough.                     “Mhm, he behaved if thats what ya mean, but he’s getting a                lot like you were when ya were younger ‘ttebayo. Guess I should               stop tellin him stories, eh? Cos he wants to live up to his name, so                he’s gonna train more to be as good as you were when ya were a                   genin dattebayo. Only thing is.. he wants me to train him. But                there’s a meetin comin up soon and.. I don’t wanna let him down.”

Sasuke chuckled at the memory

 “ well it was certainly one of the memorable parts of our honey moon, that is for sure, but it was cute for you to try and do that for me”

He smiled at the memory. Besides the occasional newly-wed stuff that they did, one of the most memorable was when Naruto tried to cook for him as a surprise. It almost resulted  in a catastrophe until they managed to stop it. 

He held onto his husband for a bit longer, relishing in the closeness. Due to Naruto being the hokage and Sasuke, when he was not watching the kids, he was on missions, short missions that didn't take him that far away from home, unless his skills were truly needed. “mmmm....glad to hear that he was good,  I had promised him to show him some of my own techniques from when I was his age if he was good, Our little girl is like you than you realize” He moved his hands so that his hands entwined with Narutos. “You will be able to do it, he knows that you are a busy man, being the hokage, but he also knows that you are always will have time for him. I know you usuratonkachi, you have your ninja way, you always keep promises”

He turned naruto slightly so that he could see his dobe’s face. “You are a brilliant, father to our kids, a loving husband to me, and a spectacular hokage.” He leaned so that their foreheads touched and he looks into his husbands eyes. “You know I don’t lie, especially when it comes to you dobe, take it from me, ok?” He  affectionately flicked naruto on the forehead before bringing naruto into a kiss that will dispel all of those thoughts from his blonde’s head. “Now, I will leave you to the cooking while I check on our two”
