Marinette and Adrien are standing behind the window curtains, which look like prison bars. They are both prisoners and victims of Gabriel.

Marinette has taken another step toward revealing the truth to Adrien; she tore up the drawing she had made of Gabriel and opened the door to Adrien’s “prison” (his room). And I think she’s starting to realize the hold Gabriel has over her.

On the side where Adrien's bed is, a bedside lamp is lit next to the stuffed frog, creating a soothing and comforting atmosphere—but that light is inside the prison.

On the other side of the door lie darkness and the unknown. So, to escape this prison, they will have to face the darkness together.

And that scene where the stuffed frog looks at Marinette with a big smile… someone should burn that thing…
