Aside, Ganondorf in OOT’s official art, and also in SSB Melee, was purposefully illustrated with a fairly pronounced dick bulge, which is hilarious to me because when he was introduced everything was pretty damn stylized, all of these choices were made for deliberate reasons.

"What are the important elements of this character? How can we express who he is with as emotive details as possible? How will our players and consumers recognize aspects of his character and presence just in how he appears?"

oh my god can people stop using clearly white actors as a faceclaim for clearly POC characters?

like, i mean. i fucking get that you want to match appearance. so if the character in question 'looks white', then ok. i can see where a white face claim might work.

but when you're defending your shit along the lines of 'i'm just trying to get them as close as possible' but you've chosen someone with clearly lighter skin, and clearly whiter features, you're not even doing that

and if you can't even fucking see something wrong with it, then yeah, you're probably racist

On Bonnie, how her betrayal made sense, and why that doesn't have to make her a bad character.

After my first playthrough of No Going Back, I remember being in shock. Not because of the endings or any particular death sequence, but because of the character, Bonnie’s, betrayal of the group. Up until this point in the season, she had been portrayed as regretful over her actions, and I assumed that she was clearly approaching a redemption arc. So when the betrayal occurred, my first instinct was to cry “bad writing” and be done with it, but after watching the sequence a few times and recognizing some similarities to a few of Bonnie’s previous scenes, my mind started to change. 

(Note that this ONLY applies to Bonnie’s actions after the “Save Luke” choice. The “Cover Luke” alternative is ridiculously OOC and nothing in her previous behavior aligns with it. To put it simply, Telltale dropped the ball on her character after that choice.)
