My friends: “Where do we want to eat?”
me: “I’m not hungry.”
My friends: “You have to eat, we don’t want you to starve!”

This is still my favorite post I've ever made
Ok i feel like nobody talks about this but relapsing feels so much worse compared to when your ED first started. Like you notice every single little thing that's happening, and it's hard to gain control.
Me earlier in May:
"Time for ~hot girl summer~"
What my summer actually was:

New Workout Routine: Quarantine Style
Hey y’all. Not too long ago, I posted my workout routine that included the gym. Yeah, well, now many gyms have been ordered to close.
So if you can’t go to the gym anymore like me, this is my new workout routine. It’s been working well, and I’ve been steadily losing weight.
-Running. HUGE HELP. I didn’t run a lot at the gym, but now I am and getting better at it. I run anywhere from 2 to 6 miles a day. I usually take one day a week off from it so my muscles heal. ALSO: IT DOES NOT MATTER HOW SLOW YOU GO OR IF YOU NEED TO STOP INBETWEEN. JUST KEEP GOING. You will get better. You got this.
-Stairs. Go somewhere that has a set of stairs, it can literally be school steps or court steps, whatever you have near you. I usually do these for a half hour.
-Core. Every day, I do three sets of: 30 crunches, 30 toe touches, 30 sec plank.
-Arms. I do have a set of 8 pound weights that I use. But some people I know have been filling bags with things to use as weights. I don’t do anything special, the usual arm curls and hammers and behind the head stuff.
-Legs. I do 3 sets of: 20 lunges (10 each legs), 20 reverse lunges (10 each leg), 30 leg lifts, and :30 sec of scissors.
The biggest thing is cardio. It helps and it works. And honestly, by the end, I’m less hungry because I’m exhausted.
If you guys are interested in my meal plan, comment below. It took some trial and error now that I’m stuck inside most of the day, but I finally got it down.
i love this tiktok
I just don't feel at home anymore...
Quarantine has been a great excuse to not go to the store and get food.
Roommate: “Wanna go to the store with me—”
So, spill the beans. What was your routine since November?
16 hours intermittent fasting, a 24-hour fast once a week. I usually pick a day that's jam packed so I won't even have to think about it.
In November, my calorie intake was around 400. The last two months I've up it to 800 because I started my workouts again, which burns around 800-1000 calories every day (posted my routine). On most days, I not only go to the gym in the morning, but I also run around 3 miles in the afternoon.
I eat some form of carb maybe twice a week like pasta, but I try to avoid it. If I absolutely feel like my body is about to just give in and it needs it, then I'll eat it.
I eat a shit ton of veggies and protein, like protein powder (I drink Quest bc it's only 110 calories).
I thrive off of coffee, iced green tea some days.
I up my calorie intake on weekends to keep my metabolism on its toes, then it goes right back down on Monday.
I hope this helps!!!

Since November, I’ve lost 36 pounds.
There are many times when I don’t notice the difference. I don’t weigh myself every day, only once a week to give me some sanity. But I just can’t believe I was 36 pounds heavier a few months ago.
It took time, but it’s worth it. If you want to know my routine, just let me know and I’ll be happy to share.
I just can’t believe it.
Y’all I forgot how euphoric fasting feels. But most of all, it low-key feels powerful. Like you can literally do anything.
Any athletic anas out there???
I’ve been trying to find a low-cal, low-carb protein powder or bars. I like Quest and ONE, but they’re around 180-220 cal. Any ideas?
I already consume a lot of protein, but not enough and it’s starting to interfere with my work outs!
Let me give u one advice, it works with me... If you have a problem with fasting all day and then overeating late in the evening, then you should try the opposite thing. Eat in the morning! Have a nice breakfast, you will anyways burn it through the day plus you won't get so hungy later 😘❤
This does really work and plus it helps boost your metabolism first thing in the morning.
Me: I’m so tired, I just wanna sleep all day but I have so much stuff to do.
*doesn’t eat enough and therefore is low energy*
Me: But I don’t need to eat anymore so maybe I’ll just sleep so I don’t eat.
