OOC: regarding the asktheblacklist rp
This is from the mun behind this particular account. I’ve been watching as two of our main RP’ers left our group. I did not know the person behind our Red well but they did an amazing job as Red and it was sad to see them leave. I did however know the person behind the Liz account and consider them a friend. Losing both of these people is a loss to the RP. They were great at portraying Red and Liz. They had their own personal reasons for leaving the group.
Now, I want to address something that is really bothering me. It has come to my attention that some people are asking their mutuals to unfollow all members of this RP group because it is full of Keen2 shippers and this group is anti-Lizzington. I am by no means trying to start any kind of war and I do not want any one starting any kind of fighting on here. I hate ship wars and do not tolerate them.
Another thing I do not tolerate is misinformation. This group is not anti anything. I am a Keenler shipper. So, please tell me how this group is full of Keen2 that are trying to push out all Lizzingtons? I just would like our followers to understand that we are very understanding that people ship what they want to ship and that’s ok. We are just a canon based RP group. And if your ship isn’t canon we do not RP as such unless it is an AU weekend. I mean, I would love to RP Keenler but that isn’t happening. So, I really hope that people would please give us a chance. It’s ok if people want to do their own thing and RP independently. That’s great for them but we love our little group and we love the followers who we have grown to get used to sending in asks and who we have nicknames for (example tumblr boo).
The fact that people are accusing this group of this is extremely hurtful. We work very hard and give up a lot of our personal time to bring these characters to life and to have false accusations flung around is beyond hurtful actually. I know that I am an anonymous person behind this account but the me on tumblr has always been accepting of ALL SHIPS and this just makes me want to give up on the whole fandom.
