i don't know their roles, their characters or the storyline properly but these two together on my screen again? i'm seated.

This gentleman played an immortal character with such gravitas, it truly is a thing of beauty which we must never ever forget about.

He was lonely and bored and tired. He lost so much and then later he gained more than he could have imagined. He cared and he loved, was relieved and frightened and eventually resigned to his fate.

There was a lot of layers here and they were put on display so wonderfully.

Zhao Yuanzhou will always have an enormous space in my heart, and can never be replaced but I also hope he takes on another role like this again someday. He did it so well.
