Healthy Banana Split Breakfast 😲👅🍌 Fresh banana, banana blended with cacao and homemade pb choc muesli using @alterecopacific dark chocolate, in my new @coconutbowls, their bowls are made from shells which have had their flesh and water extracted and would have otherwise been burnt as waste. Such an amazing repurpose with a beautiful end product ✌️ Muesli recipe: ¾ cup oats ½ cup puffed rice Handful mixed nuts, chopped ¼ cup buckinis 1/3-½ cup peanut butter 2 tablespoons maple/agave syrup Splash olive oil Dark chocolate, chopped Place all ingredients, bar chocolate, in a bowl and mix well, place on a tray lined with baking paper and bake at 180C for 15 mins, mixing half way, once cooled add in chocolate 🍫
