Me (A time traveler visiting 20-year old Mozart): OK, so, this is called an electric guitar, basically instead of the body functioning as a resonance chamber, it produces music by harnessing the power of lightning. Do you have any other questions?
Mozart (Currently shredding Violin Concerto No. 1 on the guitar, having figured it out within 30 seconds): What other music can be made from harnessed lightning?
Me (Loading up some heavy dubstep): Oh, we're just getting started.

Oh please please please please please let Peter Capaldi be in the next one, if not as his character from the first films, then at least at MALCOLM %^%$^ing TUCKER.
as it turns out, if you search #romana too many times you will get a lot of posts about romania
sorry guys, i wasn't looking up the country, i'm interested in gallifrey's suicidal president
"time heals all wounds" WRONG. time is chasing me with a knife
hey… hey y’all? there is so much Doctor Who
like whatever number you have in your head right now, however vast, however “surely that’s all of it,” I need you to understand that number is wrong, there is more, there is always more
you think you’ve got a handle on it and then someone gently taps you on the shoulder and goes “have you listened to the audios” and suddenly a trapdoor opens beneath you and it’s just an endless staircase of box sets and spin offs and side stories that branch off into other side stories like a narrative hydra
you climb out of that and go okay, okay, I see the shape of it now, and then someone else appears from the mist like a cryptid and goes “what about the novels” and now you’re staring at shelves upon shelves of alternate timelines
and just when you think you’ve reached the edge, that you’ve found the boundary of the thing, you realize the boundary is fake, it’s been fake the whole time, it just keeps going, comics, lost episodes, animations, random BBC web content from 2009 that someone swears is essential lore
there is always more
there will always be more
you cannot win this game, you can only choose how deep you’re willing to fall
And this is the land from which I have fashioned my throne. Fear me.
And this makes it the ideal special interest. You’ll never run out of stuff to experience
My deluded ravings aside, this exactly.
the aquarium said you are NOTHING compared to an eel
doctor who book fans, what would you recommend to read from EDAs and/or VNAs? i wanna read something with 7 or 8 but not really sure where to start. what's a good starting point for either of those ranges? (preferably the first good and essential books, as far as i know some novels are rather mediocre and i don't really want to read 20 books to get to the good ones)
as it turns out Brax is my favorite character from Galliftey...
which means i physically need to listen to more audios with him, i miss that terrible time lord so much. i thought i'm not ready for Benny's stuff, but there is Brax there... i need more 'Irving' in my life guys... and i will probably fall into the deepest rabbit holes of dw to get it... thoughts and prayers for me i guess
on a similar note, big finish, i BEG you, give us more Braxiatel, make him meet Missy, the Monk, or River Song. or even better, put him in the 12 Doctor adventures with Jon Culshaw and my soul is yours

Dorsal Light Response - a reflex that causes insects to turn their backs towards a light source to orient themselves during flight.
what do you mean rassilon and kro'ka end up in scherzo scenario???
okay, Gallifrey fans, i need your thoughts here. am i losing my marbles or does Brax sound a little like 4/Tom Baker in "Disassembled" (4.2)?
i'm talking about that specific part where he says "you'd better let Romana know you're back. she's been worried, as has Narvin"
also, here is a tiktok with this part which i saw long before listening to Gallifrey audios, i thought it was a short trip with 4 and Leela or something, but no, that's Brax
romana (in current regeneration) naming herself (in the next regeneration) as her own successor is actually insane. she wants to perform her favorite activities: stay in office and commit suicide
listening to "appropriation", gallifrey 3.3.
i wanna crawl inside the audio file and punch darkel so hard she regenerates
"i asked chat GPT-" well i asked the eighth doctor and he said "i want you to- i want you to- kill me. kill me. kill me. kill me. kill me. kill me. kill me. kill me. kill me. kill me. kill me. goodbye, charley...thank you..."
