a probably incomplete list of Backyardigans episodes I applaud the creativity of

Three cowboys and a cowgirl form a polka band to play at a surprise birthday party for a worman (wormans are these fellas)

It's presumably ancient Japan and there are pie-makers whose baking process involves a whole lot of pseudo-martial arts and ninjas who're always trying to steal their pies

Local pair of kids goes to a summer camp for learning how to be pirates (featuring a cursed boot that magically drags you to the dwelling-place of a ghost who will magically turn you into a ghost by tickling you)

Two princesses locked in a tower trying to escape, except the tower has security cameras and laser beams and the princesses have various gadgets hidden on their person and it's played like a spy-mission-slash-prison-break

Journeying through a jungle with ancient temples in it to deliver a pizza to a king

A librarian is secretly also a masked bandit who steals back overdue books

A mariachi band accidentally gets on a spaceship and ends up having to stop a couple of aliens from covering the earth in goo

Horse girl movie but they live underwater somehow and instead of horses it's dolphins

@robinhoodtheclean HIII HELLO HELLO I'M HOME!!! i've been waiting so long obvi both to get home but also to send u these things... so first we have the handmade stuff which is these goobies

the paint jobs are not perfect bc they are very small... as demonstrated by pablo here

and as well the masked retriever cup!!! you can indeed Hold it like a cup (at least how i hold a cup... very strangely) but i dont know for sure if i can actually drink out of it... i probs could but i am worried abt destroying it #awesome paranoia ayeee

and the rest here ok!!! so heres :3 austin... he is in fact a rattle!!! but i will not be posting footage of him being rattled becuz it looks a bit violent and made me sad :(

and the superheroes!! ive had yucky man, dr shrinky, weather woman and eraser girl since i was p young... but we could never find captain hammer

these four all look relatively normal, a tad aged due to being loved for so many years but definitely "yeah we couldve gotten this at a specialty store" mall of america or something... i've seen all of them on things like ebay and mercari a handful of times, weather woman the least of the four but still a few... the odd token is this guy

his mask is... like that his hands are upside down his shirt doesn't fit quite right and he's the only one besides eraser girl to have like Skin underneath the clothes. the other three just have more clothes underneath the clothes. which i know is an odd thing to point out but this is why: i am Currently under the belief there are only a handful of these guys that Exist. if you reverse image search him you get Nothing. search up captain hammer plush, you get the multibrink. i've only seen him for sale TWICE and they had the exact same quirks so i for now think theyre the same guy which i now own. obviously i know this is a long shot, backyardigans stuff is just not documented very well, my play by play tasha is also undocumented as far as i can tell so maybe im just puffing my chest and looking like a big dumb idiot but IDK!!! which yeah sure here she is too bc she's... beautiful

ig the moral of all this yapping was i wish this stuff was better documented. yes at the end of the day these were Meant to be Toys for Children but... i want these mysteries solved and idk if they ever will be :(

GENUINELY FASCINATING STUFF HERE AAHH god i love the little handmade stuff. theyre ADORABLE especially the masked retriever mug i wish that it was official bc i’d get one in a heartbeat

and YEAAHHH THE SUPERHERO PLUSHIES I DIDNT EVEN REALIZE TASHA HAD ONE ??!! i see the pablo one for sale sometimes and god if they weren’t so expensive i’d get one… the austin one is so cool and i’m so glad you’ve got him since he seems to be extremely rare ;0;

also the play-by-play tasha is so cute !! really neat that you have some rare and undocumented plushies and thank you for sharing <:)
