I think my main point of contention about Absolute Cass is Shiva being involved with the League, like I don't know why they constantly try to tie Shiva to them, she would not care. 😭

Also, you know, it's another Shiva story that revolves around Cass.

DC I swear people will read about Shiva WITHOUT Cass, you don't have to put her in every damn story with her. 💀

Did we ever really come up with any theories about what Kyoji's deal with Kashiwaya is?

At the start of the plot he's doing some shows with a friend in Kashiwaya and that's innocuous enough but then when jump to ch 77 he's getting secret phone calls from Miroku 5 and Rokuro and getting called by a different name

Jump forward a bit more and Miroku compares Kyoji (still calling him Kyoichi) to Issho and Shiguma leaving Kashiwaya and he gets this sad resigned look when Shiguma calls him Kyoji

There's also the fact that everyone knows how much Zensho hates Shiguma and his pupils, so it might make sense to send him the apprentice that also has ties to a different school

Lastly, we also see Maikeru help Kyoji clean up a mysterious grave. The grave could be anyone's but also the only time a grave of any kind has really been shown, it was Shiguma 5's. They don't really look the same but could mean nothing idk. It could be Miroku 4's. He's pretty much the only other character the story makes references to of them literally dying

Is he related to someone from Kashiwaya? To Kiroku himself? Maybe either of the Mirokus? Did he switch schools from Kashiwaya to Arakawa? Is he some kind of Kashiwaya spy? Is he also after Shiguma's Art?

I don't have any answers but I'm excited for them to all meet back up like Maikeru said they would soon bc we don't know what any of the other apprentices have been up to except for Guriko, who seems to have been standing in the middle of the street and hyping up Akane to Taison for the past 3 years
