Trauma is one of the hardest and most deeply embedded energies to clear. The universe will continue to put you in situations that re-trigger the feelings connected to the original event until there is no more emotional charge left. Remind yourself you are safe and see through it.
Satisfaction feels better than acceptance, and it is the gateway to self love. If you can feel satisfied with who you are, not what you have accomplished, then you are really on the right track.
