Some of my safe foods:
- 2 tbs yoghurt (50 cal), kiwi (40 cal), crushed up rice cake for some crunch (26 cal)
total calories: 116 cal
- 1 pealed apple cut into cubes (100g= 59cal), mixed with some cinnamon sugar (1 tsp= 8 cal)
~you can eat it like this or u put it in the oven to make baked apple~
total calories: 67 cal
- frozen raspberry’s (60g= 46 cal), frozen blueberries (60g= 37 cal), add some water and blend it together, i usually add some sort of sweetener too (for around 15 cal)
~you can obviously use any kind of frozen fruit for this~
total calories: 98 cal
- cut half a carrot (11 cal), 90g of pealed cucumber (11 cal), 40 g of tomato (6 cal) into very small pieces, add some salt and herbs
total calories: 27 cal
