wherever you are, whatever you are facing, I pray that God takes care of you and your heart.
You have probably met someone who was conceived in rape. You cannot look at someone and tell how good or bad their parents are. I wasn’t conceived in rape but I do have two abusive parents which makes me “worse” than those who were conceived in rape because they have just one. Most people consider me a good person. The vast majority of people who were conceived in rape or have an otherwise abusive parent are beautiful and amazing people. Stop dehumanizing them to further your pro-abortion agenda.
You have probably met someone with an “invisible” disability. I have Asperger’s and most people are not able to tell that I am disabled right away. No matter how high-functioning or low-functioning a disabled person is, disabled people are not burdens for existing as they are. Stop dehumanizing them to further your pro-abortion agenda.
You have probably met someone who grew up in poverty. You have probably met someone who was abused by their parents. You have probably met someone who was in foster care (though babies put up for adoption don’t end up in foster care). Plenty of these people are happy to be alive. Stop saying that they’re better off dead to further your pro-abortion agenda.
Stop dehumanizing people for things they can’t control to further your pro-abortion agenda.
Why did biblical humans live for hundreds of years, but humans of modern time barely make 70.
There are two ways of looking at this, I think; the first is the possibility that these ages aren't literal but symbolic. There is a tendency in the Bible to use symbolism from surrounding cultures, but to turn those symbols on their head in order to say something about the nature of the Biblical God. A scholar back in 2014 suggested that this might be the case here; Ancient Sumer had a "king's list," a list of even older rulers who had once ruled that nation; their ages were often numbered at over a thousand, and it was believed that they were quasi-divine. What this scholar suggests is that, by making the Antediluvian Patriarchs extremely long lived but making sure they died before they reached 1000, the Biblical author was making a statement about the nature of humanity; that we are not able to attain divinity. Even Methuselah (the longest lived patriarch, and considered especially righteous in Rabbinic tradition) only made it to 969. Unlike the Sumerians, the Biblical author believed there was an insurmountable gap between God and man. Of course, there are those who took the ages literally, too; these people often connect this diminishing to the Fall; they might point to Genesis 6:3, where God says, "My spirit shall not remain in human beings forever, because they are only flesh. Their days shall comprise one hundred and twenty years." This statement is made by God in the middle of a passage in which human beings are doing things that are displeasing to Him. Cf. this with Psalm 90:9-10, which states: "Our life ebbs away under Your wrath; our years end like a sigh / Seventy is the sum of our years, or eighty, if we are strong." Again, we see a connection between God's displeasure and the shortening of human life.
Augustine talks about this at length in the City of God
I’ll say this one more time: if you believe in bodily autonomy as a reproductive right, yet dismiss it entirely when you deem someone too poor/disabled/unfit/dark skinned/etc to carry a pregnancy to term, then you don’t give a fuck about autonomy. You don’t give a single shit about liberation or progressing society or protecting women’s choices. You’re just a eugenicist. Pregnancy is not a privilege for the few deemed worthy enough to experience it, it is a normal biological function that deserves support, accommodation, and protection.
“But omgggg you’re anti-abortion!!!” And your bigoted ass arguments keep me that way, stay uncomfortable in your shame. :)
Sounds just like Norway.

Their solution for all of these is Euthanasia
Pray for my dad. He has been dealing with intestinal issues and he needs surgery. Last time he had surgery, it did not go well. Prayers, please! His name is Jim.
Once again, I come bearing offerings from the tikky tokky. The chocolate mans is back on his bullshit.
The other day he posted a video of him learning to work with glass, so that aught to be fun. Because what he really needs is to be MORE skilled.
I was so worried for a second he'd make a working tumbler lock
i could go on the longest rant as to why these pairings work so well despite tons of on-screen romances feeling apocryphal or forced

Please pray for the soul of Oliana, the little baby girl daughter of my high school friend. I just found out she had passed away.
Tonight we need to pray for Kentucky.
