Dreams, hopes, or aspirations
What are some dreams or goals you hope achieve
Write about your favorite songs, artists, genres. Include some song recommendations. Talk about lyrics that mean a lot to you.
You can even include a link to one of your playlists!
Sometimes the person that you’re writing to is in a different country or state. Include local news or political affairs from your home!
Doodles, sketches, small pieces of artwork
Include a recipe of one of your favorite dishes, or something you’ve recently made
Take a picture of you pet(s), maybe a photo of your favorite location.
Receiving stationery is fun! Throw in some sticker flakes, pattern paper, cute sticky notes, or even a strip of Washi paper they can peel and reuse!
Four leaf-clovers. Pressed flowers or leaves, slip these between you letter to avoid any teasing, but flowers and leaves is a way you can share a piece of your home.
Send a small packet of non-invasive seeds for them to plant!
If you’ve visited somewhere recently, like a museum of garden, send a brochure full of notes about your visit.
Business cards from stores, or cafes.
Small/thin handmade bracelets
A small baggie of glitter or confetti! (Lose glitter may be an unwanted surprise)
Edible add-ins: Tea packet(s), flat candy.
