It becomes a vicious cycle, when you want to write but aren’t able to which leads to guilt. The guilt adds more negativity and you aren’t able to write more. The words like ink in a pen, stubborn enough to not flow out. You can feel them, almost taste them but they’re always just dangling out of reach. Often after something unpleasant happens to us, we either put the blame on us or others. If we do the former we are ridden by guilt and if it’s the latter then it’s anger. These lead to unhealthy coping mechanisms. We have to find the balance of reinventing ourselves while letting it go. I agree rage and revenge are good motivators but these will fade. Create a change because you love yourself, love never fades.
