I called BACK IN JANUARY because I couldn’t log in to my account. They were supposed to delete my account so I could create a new account and then mail me a letter when it was ready. Well they still haven’t and I still can’t order OTC medications because of this bullshit. And I keep trying to send them a message online and it won’t even let me do that.

These are all goldfish with swim bladder problems, which means they can't stay upright or swim properly. Without it they wouldn't be able to move or find food or interact with other fishes. The little floats keep them the right way up, help them keep their depth, be fishy
