Stop and Enjoy The Flowers Welcome Here is an introductory video to get you started. I listened to Gigi' Accomodatum. While this type of music is not my cup of tea (I prefer cucky shit like Vangelis so I can relax :-|), it sounds like something that would play on a Half Life game when the shit gets real. If I ever need to feel intense AF for about 8 minutes, I know where to go. I will listen to the rest when I'm not pressed for time. Well, I wouldn't spark a doob, brew some chai and kick back to this. Yeah, it seemed intense to me but that's because of the stuff I listen to. I don't have a feel for this type of music but I can say it didn't sound like utter shit like stuff an old friend of mine used to listen to; "power noise" or something he called it. BTW, Intense isn't a bad thing. It's just about choosing the moment. Those moments I referenced in Half Life, specifically the first one, are some of the happiest I had gaming as an adult. It's almost Pavlovian - you've had an intense, bad ass fight with a bunch of Marines who you thought came to help you and as you were killing them and yelling "Oh shit! OH SHIT!," something like this plays. And then whenever you hear something similar, it reminds you of those battles and you smile. Yeah, like that... but I'm in the library right now and intense, resting dick face is not the look I'm going for. I Produce. I also experiment with other genres in my music. I use many types of DAWS, and only use a minimal assortment of equipment. I reside in East Alabama, just close to the Georgia border. No EDM scene here (even though my music isn't EDM, but chill music inspired by Techno), so I have always just done my own thing pretty much. Some might accept that, others might find that too unconventional, but there it is. I've made a lot of songs since I started, in about mid early 2011. When it comes to influences nothing is off limits, I listen to a lot of electronica but don't always put it in my music, but I can appreciate all of it for what it is. As for a more personal bio I am a nice guy, short, stocky, just in case you want to know more about me. I'm fond of PC games and I like to make music, I also have written some books, So yeah I'm kind of nerdy and anti-social to be honest, so yeah my songs are more of an expression than dance-worthy, but again there you have it. I don't really have what it takes to be a nerd in reality, that takes commitment. Nor do I have what it takes to be real #PCMR, as I rarely have the ability to even play any sort of games. I started out calling myself Dj Dremora, after the race in Elder Scrolls, but ditched it for Naustro sometime after I was just turned off by it. I got in contact with Sean Reed from the UK, who has an internet radio show that plays mostly underground electronic music called SeanMusicTV, it started as a Soundcloud thing. In total he has played 5 of my songs, Intro (Outro), Naustro Presents, The Hermit, and Give Me A Boost. Since Give Me A Boost, You Shall Not Pass aired, regardless of its humorously misleading name. Since then Lay Down The Taste was on Amsterdam's Dance FM. Up High (Down Low) [Destination Unknown Mix], along with a couple others, was on Kittikuns playlist. Up until now I have yet to have an actual site.I have not done any shows here locally, but I make up for it by mixing most of my songs live (if that does make up for it, I don't know). In 2014 my performance in Auburn got me a BMA for 2014 and in early 2016 I signed to Pryda with Fehrplay. I get paid money to make songs on Pryda, among doing other things, but nothing genuinely professional. So fame is not important to me, at least not really. Well I guess that's it, I hope you enjoyed learning a little bit about me in my bio. I'm me, I'm edgy like that. I am a Producer of Downtempo music, I have been making it for about 6 years now since like 2011 I believe. I don't just do music though, in fact I tend to make it a very minimal and slow release, same goes for everything else. Over the long years I've promoted certain aspects of the hype train, but my hype train tended to deviate far from music. I wrote a Fantasy Novel, which was really enjoyable to write, I am what resembles a PC Gamer, though I rarely get to play any games, I try and that's what's important. Even though I am humble and awkward at times, I'm not really a nerd, I don't have what it takes to be a nerd, that takes commitment and dedication to something. I will try and spice up this try-hard brand as much as possible, but I keep telling myself "Try and keep it easy mode OK?" You will find I don't truly have a serious bone in my body, and definitely do take my music seriously, but nothing other than the sounds that go into it. I am technically on Mau5trap, but I also stayed on 21st Century A & R also, but not really, just on paper. Have made a bunch of stuff for Pryda. I use DAWs and a minimal assortment of equipment to get the result of a mostly unmolested sound. Naustro is about more than just the music though, if you go on my Youtube you will see that first hand, though admittedly my Youtube is a barren wasteland. I am making this music to make it, so have fun and drop it like it's hot, or not, I don't care. I also started an open group on Facebook in July 2014 for The Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion, that is now very active, other than that not much else to worry about these days on the interwebs. I mean, I have my Favorites Tab and that's about it. My concept album Down By Numbers has me going Glitch, I tried it the whole way making tunes, except when I first started which was truly all inspired by Techno. I shall post a lot more reviews by people I know, they are all blunt and honest, like Jaime's up there. I chose the most negative one for a reason. Most of my music is live mixed and recorded, with some exceptions. Glitch came easy doing that, seeing as how Drivers tend to melt anyway. You definitely can't live mix on a Dell all-in-one from Best Buy and expect it not to glitch out, sorry Dell, you rule. A PC powerful enough to game on or beyond is what you need, I also use other things, small stuff, but that's the main thing. A lot of people use Apple computers, but to be honest I've not used many Apple products yet; pleb here. So yeah, I'm one of those guys I suppose. Take it or leave it. I post on my Blog sometimes, it got promoted a lot back in the day, before Tumblr was really Tumblr as today think of Tumblr. I post plenty of Tumblr'esque stuff, sure, but I also post whatever I want also. It is a site in all regards, regardless. Check it out sometime if you are up to it.
