please stop living for the weekend!! doing things that make you happy everyday will make your life so so much better! visit your grandma on a thursday evening, drink your favorite tea while you study, go on a date with your s/o after work, watch that comedy show after school, wear your best parfum everyday!! it’s ok to have boundaries but please don’t get stuck in boring daily routines
Never overextend yourself to be in someone’s life. Natural alignment is a real thing and what is for you will not pass you by.
you were thinking you weren’t good enough, whole time, you were too good. when you have a perception of low self worth towards yourself, but others see you as high worth, you will never understand why people are so reactive to you the way they are. you’re here underminding yourself while others see you for who you are. that’s why things don’t make sense.
i get what i want instantly, i get my desires in a heartbeat because i am magnet of my desires. what i desire is done, ITS MINE!
You can exercise without the goal of losing weight.
You can improve your diet without the goal of losing weight.
You can take steps to improve your health and work towards creating a more manageable daily routine without even considering weight loss.
how can you not smiling while looking at this?
you're never going to get back to being your old self bc that's not you anymore. things have changed, life has gone on, circumstances have altered. you can only be who you are now and who you will be in the future. there is no going back. you can be similar to the old you, you can perform activities that the old you did, but returning to that person is not going to happen as that is a skin you have already shed and it simply doesn't fit anymore.
in a similar vein, just as you can't force yourself into the shed skin of the old you, you also can't do anything about your alternative lives. the "I could have gone pro", "I could have lived like xx if not for that relationship", "I could have been a doctor if not for my mom's bad advice". you have to let those alternate universes go. you can't stay mad in the real world while you fantasize about what could have been. the choices you made in life have shut those doors behind you. focus on moving forward and opening new doors.
my personal growth these past 3 years has been astronomical and i’m still not who i want to be yet.

just a reminder that there’s so much more that we still don’t know about ourselves and that’s what makes life so beautiful. next year you could find your next favorite musician or fall in love with someone you haven’t even met yet. you might see a new shade of green that will become your new favorite color or you could become obsessed with a new food that you thought you once hated. we change as life goes on. we grow as life changes. our experiences shape us into a new person. it’s beautiful.
I would’ve been so much better about eating my veggies & fruits as a kid if they’d always looked like THIS 🥺✨🍉✨🥕🌸🥒✨
Never force anything. Don’t worry. If it’s meant to be in your life it will be.
