Reminding myself that progress is not linear.
Did I run more than 8km yesterday and keep it up for 1h? Yes.
Was I already exhausted after 15min today, and STRUGGLED to get to the 5km im 35min mark? Yes.
Were there days at the start when I'd struggle to even do 2km? Also yes.
Progress is not linear. To everyone else trying to make progress out there, whether it's physical health, mental health, or any other type of skill: You're doing great!
