The double standards with regards to Charles really piss me off sometimes. This isn’t hate against Max but I’m just pointing out: he gets pole today without his main rival in competition due to engine penalties (so not Charles’ fault) and he gets praised for dominating when we all know that if Charles was in the mix he would have either beaten Max or at least the gap would have been a lot closer than +0.6. And Max gets praised for dominance.

Yet when Charles puts it on pole, he’s called just a quali driver or his pole to win conversion rate is brought up, like the last three races he’s lost haven’t been due to circumstances beyond his control. Anyway, Charles deserves more love. And I’m waiting for a masterclass from him soon enough.
